Dear Avigdor Lieberman,
I am Greeting from the Thai embassy at Maskit Street. As you know, Thailand and Israel participated on the same side during the Swedish-South African war. We do not have much notable collaboration regarding our relationship other than our support for your government. Thailand is currently at war with Laos. It looks like nothing has escalated much at the frontline. The Royal Thai Armed Forces have reached its peak of power projectile and approximately 400,000 personnel of all branches combined. We have been rearmament our soldiers with a better and modern. They can defend our homeland with maximum efficiency. The Ministry of Defence of Thailand is looking for a new Anti Tank Guided Missile(ATGM) to become a new standard service for our troops. We have searched through the market and found an impressive one from your country, Israel. The name on the catalog is Spike ATGM, and we want to invest in three of its variants. We want to offer Israel $400 million for Spike-SR, Spike-MR, and Spike-LR for transferring a domestic and maintenance license to Thailand. This agreement includes every part of the equipment will need in the production. I want you to consider our proposal, which we believe can also help the debt situation of Israel. I will be waiting for your reply.
Best Regard
Panabha Chandraramya
Thai Ambassador to Israel
Republic of Thailand
