I hope you are doing well, and the security of the Ottoman Empire is at its most desired state.
I am writing to extend an official invitation from the Republic Thai Armed Forces Middle East Command (RTAFMED), which has its headquarters in Turkey, to the Ottoman Armed Forces. Currently, the RTAFMED has approximately 26,000 people from all branches and specializations serving in Turkey as the force's stronghold of democracy, freedom, and human rights in the Middle East. Without Thailand's equal and valued partner, the Ottoman Empire, this initiative would never have seen the success it has today. While our country may be astonished by the shift in democratic institutions indicated in the Harmonious Accord, we completely trust in your nation's sovereignty, which is anchored in the desire of your people.
I propose a high-level dialogue among the Chief of Defense Forces of the RTAFMED, Supreme Commander Ampika Sukprasert, and yourself, as well as General Hilmi zkök, Chief of the General Staff of the Ottoman Armed Forces. This talk would take place in a digital realm between our two countries via video conferencing. The goal of this message is to build a spirit of solidarity among our Armed Forces and to explore potential partnerships to enhance our presence in the region.
Furthermore, we are allowing Turkish Armed Forces access to our Logistic Support Squadron Eight (LSS8), which is based at Iskenderun Naval Base, which also houses our Naval Expeditionary Group Five (NEG5). We are providing your Navy access to two Similan-class replenishment tankers (Type 908), but you must notify us ahead of any nautical activity your Navy may undertake.
The Ministry of Defense of Thailand and its Middle East Command are optimistic of our military working relationship between Thailand and the Ottoman Empire. We believe that through our mutual collaboration and joint ventures, we can ensure the prosperous future where just order and human right remain at the foundation of global peace.
