I hope you are in good health and high spirit and that our bilateral relationship between Thailand and the Ottoman will prosper.
I am writing to you today to obtain formal recognition and endorsement of the Thai Declaration of Human Rights from the highest level of the Ottoman government. Our Ministry spearheaded the revision of the whole United Nations Human Rights Declaration earlier this year, as well as the addition of new sections to satisfy the ever-increasing need for human wellbeing. Currently, our country completely recognizes and promotes this proclamation as the foundation for human rights both at home and abroad. We feel that a like-minded country, such as the Ottoman Empire, would recognize the importance of this publication.
