Secretary Gama,
I hope you are in good health and high spirit. The Republic of Thailand Government extents its good-will toward the Portuguese nation prosperity.
As the Secretary of the Thai Government, I represented the Thai Government on its coordination and liaison procedures. With the Thai Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs are engaging in a high-level dialogue, I assume the role of assisting our leaders on representing Thailand aboard.
I am proposing a bilateral meeting between the Thai Ambassador to Portugal, Mrs. Krongkanit Rakcharoen, and yourself, Secretary of State of Portugal. As part of our nation’s broader strategy to bridge the gap between the Western and Eastern worlds, the agendas on this topics would encompass various discussions. The most expected and foremost topic being discussed would be renewable energy and global warming mitigation.
Thailand is optimistic that the Portugal nation, which has always been regarded as a prosperous and just nation, would be a good partner for Thailand in our endeavor for the just, free, and safe world.
