I hope you are doing well.

I have realized that the Republic of Thailand and the Russian Empire have not yet established any actual relationship other than military supply. I thanks again for your imperial government support during the instability in Thailand. Although I do not hold any power as a monarch now since the country gets classified as a crown republic, I am still head of state traditionally. Your great-uncle, Nicholas II Romanov, was a tremendous friend of my grandfather. I want the Thai-Russian relationship continues as they anticipate. I wish to exchange a letter with you to discuss what we get interested in during each period. I have been improving my relationship with the Republicans in my country, which turned out great. I finally have a political party of mine. They still give this old male a chance to develop his homeland. I have received much intelligence from the Foreign Ministry that they consider your nation a rising power in terms of influence in Asia. There is no reason why Russia wouldn't prioritize Asia since most land and various natural resources are there. Russia has recently won a war against a dictatorship regime of Turkey, which I congratulate you on, thanks to your formidable armed forces.

As you know, Asia's stability is dropping due to the war in Indochina, where my country participates, and a threat from a new Chinese leader. I like the previous one if we don't count that they want to sell their equipment to everyone as a neutral supplier, including Turkey. You might want to hear about the information regarding the Thai-Lao war, although some feelings convince me that Turkey is currently your priority. The Thai Foreign Ministry is currently in contact with eight countries, including all three world power, the United States, Britain, and Sweden. I take this chance to contact you as head of state from the conflict. I want to know what you think regarding the current stability in Asia, the Thai-Lao war, China's challenge for power, and Korean reunification with an unknown monarch. There is a shift in the power balance in Asia, and I believe there needs to be a country to control the cause. Thailand is still not ready to lead in Asia because of our emphasis on transforming Thailand into a developed nation. I am worried that if Thailand makes a single mistake in detaining ever-growing Chinese aggression for influence, it will become a regional power in Asia. I want to know what you think about this matter and the Russian government. I will be waiting for your reply letter.

Your Majesty,

I am delighted to hear from you.

Our families have in fact been close throughout the decades and it would be a shame for us to lose that relationship, especially when we have both taken back our family's rights and crown recently.

Your Ministry is correct. In the recent years, the continents of Asia and Africa have proved to be those most unstable and as such they have been the focus of both myself and my government—hoping to maintain as much peace and stability as possible. We have demonstrated this desire when we became involved in the war with Turkey, removing its genocidal dictatorship.

Before we continue, Your Majesty, you must know that the Empire does not and likely will not see the Chinese government in a positive light. They have supplied a genocidal government not only to continue their genocide for longer but also armed them against Russian forces, which could have caused many casualties. Their government is a repressive, racist, instigating authority of failing legitimacy and like the government of Turkey, we will not show them appeasement of any kind.

The rise of China and a sudden 'monarchy' of unknown legitimacy taking hold in Korea and now the war between Thailand and Laos has caused a large stir in Asia. One that has caused quite the unease in Moscow. We have already taken steps towards containing China and we would hope that Thailand would be willing to join such a bulwark. However, you war against Laos has caused complications with such a plan—especially as other nations, whom are close to Russia, in Asia do not agree with the war and as such does not agree with Thailand's actions. Vietnam and Japan are both nations that Russia believes to be paramount in assuring China remains nothing more than a nuisance rather than a threat and relations between the three of your nations must be upheld at all costs.

As such, we are willing to discuss a potential deal that would work for all of our nations and place our focus back on the real threat to Asian peace and stability: China. If you are willing for this to happen, I can have my Minister of Defense fly to Bangkok to discuss with yourself and members of your government.

I apologize for the current conflict between Thailand and Laos, which has complicated the "defensive wall" against China. I must underscore that your concern for the stability of Asia and Africa is justified. The Foreign Ministry recognizes that the Chinese Chairman aspires to rule over the growing powers on these continents. Asia is within their reach and league, and Africa remains a development partner. With its human resources and technology, China has many potentials to expand its influence and help other businesses and soldiers. I understand that the Chinese leadership is willing to use tension to threaten peace and stability.

Thailand doubts China's ambition of becoming the world's most powerful country to dominate and recruit weaker countries. We are concerned that Thailand is on their control list, forcing us to rely on them. The previous Chinese administration was intriguing and pure. They declared themselves a neutral supplier for any country that did not endanger them. Unfortunately, they got duped by a foreign power. It's also their fault for failing to acknowledge crimes they have committed in the past.

China's new administration is significantly more aggressive than its predecessor, as Thailand has witnessed. Since the commencement of the present war in Laos, the Chinese government has crossed the line by intervening. They warned us before the ceasefire that they would send their army into Laos if we continued on our advance. The Foreign Minister has emphasized the Chinese demand as evidence of his doctrine that foreign powers cannot direct Thailand's sovereign nation. Thailand may include soft appeasement on the international stage, but we won't tolerate a threat to our sovereignty.

Because China and Korea used to be close to our administration, we have suffered from their authority shifts. When Korea submitted a resolution to the Global Assembly regarding the Swedish and South African, there was a contradiction. It was before the collapse of their republic. I can't affirm our participation in your coalition to limit China's influence and aggression, but perhaps we might meet as you suggested. In Bangkok, we're having a peace conference with unexpected visitors. The Australian is present, but his schedule is to the previous events. The point is that the Chinese envoy shows up unannounced at the government house with his armed security. I don't think they are there to only act as an intermediary for Thailand and Laos since they attend without permission.

My acquaintance who works in the Vietnamese field for the Foreign Ministry told me about the Russian-Vietnamese relationship. Thailand knows that certain countries oppose our war in Laos, and we are well aware of Vietnam's attitude, as they remain our closest ally despite previous disagreements. I assume you put these counties on your list as well. I am confident that Vietnam opposes China's involvement in our affairs (Southeast Asia). You can confirm all the countries you want to include in the bulwark because they are your ally or have a past with China. I must remind you that Thailand continues to seek friendship with China since we have ten million Thai-Chinese descendants in our country. I also have a strange fact to share with you. Thailand's Defense Ministry has already planned to obliterate China if they continue to breach additional lines into the conflict. Although, according to a report from the Foreign Ministry, tensions between Thailand and China are easing.

I believe you are correct in suggesting that we need a meeting. I am pleased to bring Thammarak Isarangkura Na Ayudhaya, one of the Defense Ministers, to meet with your minister. He used to be an Army, Navy, and Air Force General. Please forward the information about his travel and others to the government as I believe the Thai government will acknowledge it by the time this letter arrives. I will be waiting

Imperial Russian Minister of Defense, Igor Sergeyev would depart from Sheremetyevo International Airport in Moscow with a small entourage and begin their flight to Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok. The flight would take just over 24 hours, giving them all enough time to read over all the documents that they had brought over with them. The Kremlin would have also sent over all the necessary information to Bangkok's Ministry of Foreign Affairs ahead of time.

When the plane landed, they all exited, being met by Russia's Ambassador to Thailand alongside any dignitaries the nation had sent to greet them.

The air traffic controller at Don Muang Airport would communicate with the Russian pilot as the Russian jet neared Thai airspace. Suvarnabhumi Airport, the intended destination, is currently under construction, and they anticipate opening in late 2000. They'd need to take a different path to Don Muang Airport. There are already dozens of NIA agents in the area, and three soldiers are guarding the Thai King in front of the building's entrance. After getting out of the helicopter, the Thai Minister will formally welcome the Russian Minister. "Minister Igor, it's a pleasure to meet you." He converses with him as they move around the building together as the photographer records their interaction. "His Majesty has informed me of what the royals have been debating. The material that the Kremlin supplied to us has arrived." The Thai King will spend some time alone in the room next to the meeting room before they move on inside the building. The two ministers will get into the meeting room. The Thai Minister will let the Russian to start the discussion.
