Dear, Viktor Chernomyrdin

I am the minister of defense of the Republic of Thailand. We have always been a faithful partner with Rosoboronexport. In November 1999, we had ordered 250 BMP-3 Infantry Fighting Vehicle, 500 BTR-90 Armored Personnel Carrier, 65 Kamov Ka-50 Attack Helicopter, and 130 Kamov Ka-226 Light Utility Helicopter.

We had received the Kamov Ka-50 Attack Helicopter and Kamov Ka-226 Light Utility Helicopter and understand that BTR-90 Armored Personnel Carrier is in production. But, BMP-3 Infantry Fighting Vehicle had finished its manufacturing. Rosoboronexport has always delivered our orders fast and always replied to us.

I want to know that when the order will arrive.
