Prime Minister,
It is my greatest pleasure today to be congratulating you on being elected as the new Prime Minster of the United Kingdom.
I understand the burden and responsibility you must have faced in assuming such an office, and I sympathize with you as a nation of other World Power. The United Kingdom has a rich culture and history, both domestically and internationally: I am grateful for the fact that we will be able to continue developing our amicable relations between the Republic of Thailand and the United Kingdom soon.
I wish to use this opportunity to express our shared commitment to global peace and democratic values, as well as the mutual respect we have for one another. These foundations can provide a platform for us to collaborate together. I reiterate my government and country on the continuation of our devotion to human right and dignity around the world, and I believe our two nations can achieve much more to serve the greater human brotherhood.
