President Karimov,

I hope you are doing well.

In my capacity as our Republic's Minister of Foreign Affairs, I am writing to you on behalf of the Foreign Ministry of Thailand, and I hereby fully represent our country abroad. My Ministry has acknowledged that your country has chosen to open its doors to international diplomacy, even though the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic remains diplomatically isolated.

Thailand wishes to formally establish our first diplomatic embassy in your country. Mr. Nattakit Treewuth will serve as the head of the Thai Embassy in Tashkent. He will be supported by ten diplomatic staff members, twenty employees, six security personnel, and two NIA staff members to ensure secure communication between our governments.

Dear, Mr Sathirathai

After deliberating with president Karimov, I Shahlo Mahmudova am representing uzbekistan interests. Uzbek Isolationism over the years has lead to a stagnating economy. several years of Civil war certainly did not help in any way. so we of course would love to work with Thailand on a construction of an embassy in Tashkent. With this development The Uzbek SSR would also like to open up an embassy in bangkok. Mr, Aziz Aliyev will be serving as the Consul General of the Uzbek Embassy accompanied by 8 Diplomatic Staff, 15 Staff and 6 Security personnel. Let's hope that a truly healthy and great friendship comes from this first exchange!

The Republic of Thailand is honoured to welcome your country's diplomatic mission to Bangkok. Thailand is hopeful that our communication will result in an enduring and cordial friendship between our two nations.
