To: Ministerstwo Spraw Zagranicznych ( ManBear )
From: Darragh Connolly, Head Minister of the Office of Foreign Affairs, of the Kingdom of Ireland
Honorable minister.
It is my great pleasure to make contact with you at the approval of My Majesty Corman I. Recently it has become the will of his majesty to reach out to other monarchs, and catholic monarchs in particular to begin talks of friendship and cooperation. With your permission I would love to set up a in person meeting between The Kingdom of Irelands Ambassador to Poland John O'Byrne.

During these talks it is my majesty’s wish to talk about cooperation between all faucets of our government, we hope to also talk about the current state of the world and rising tensions, as well as any ambitions.

In the name of Christ and His Majesty King Corman I of the Kingdom of Ireland I hope for a swift reply. - Darragh Connolly

Head Minister Connolly,

Dia duit, Minister Connolly. It is with equally great pleasure to receive your communication wishing to open official diplomatic relations via establishing diplomatic missions within our respective nations. We will welcome Ambassador John O'Byrne with open arms as we reopen the Irish embassy located at ul. Mysia 5, 6th Floor, 00-496 Warsaw, Poland. We will be reassigning Malwina Gondek to the Kingdom of Ireland to serve as our chief ambassador and head of mission. Once Ambassador O'Byrne has arrived and is ready to open talks, he would need to make an appointment with my office and I shall make every effort to fit him into our schedule as soon as possible.

We are eager to have these talks regarding cooperation of our two nations as well as the current issues plaguing the world.

We look forward to a productive meeting.
Kind Regards,

Martyna Ostrowska
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs
Kingdom of Poland

The Aer Lingus A320 landed in Warsaw just before ten in the morning. Onboard was Ambassador John O’Byrne, sent by King Cormac I to begin official talks with the Polish government. He doesn’t travel with much fuss, but the visit mattered. Polish officials were waiting and took the Irish delegation straight through the diplomatic channel without delay. A few government cars picked them up and drove them to Mysia 5, 6th Floor, 00-496 Warsaw. It was a quiet old building used for visits like this. A translator and a foreign ministry staff member welcomed them at the door. No speeches, just a handshake and a few words. Ambassador O’Byrne was given a room upstairs to rest before meetings the next morning. Security was there, but not in the way. Ireland had made its arrival simple and clear.

The morning sky over Warsaw was clear and bright when the Aer Lingus A320 made its descent into Chopin International Airport, onboard was the newly minted Ambassador to Poland from the Kingdom of Ireland, dispatched from King Cormac I. They had come to establish formal diplomatic talks with the Kingdom of Poland. For the Polish government, the arrival was noted with quiet significance. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs had made preparations in accordance with the directives of His Majesty King Stanislaus Grabowski, who emphasized dignity, restraint, and efficiency in receiving distinguished partners of the Crown and Poland welcomed Ireland's chosen tone. Deliberate, understated, and sincere.

Ambassador O'Byrne was received directly a the diplomatic entrance by staff from the Foreign Affairs office and officers of the Office of State Protection designated to protect for dignitaries. Without a delay, the delegation was transferred to Mysia 5, an old stone building in Warsaw's administrative quarter, reserved for embassies and foreign visit of dignitaries and heads of state. The morning sky over Warsaw was clear when the Aer Lingus A320 made its descent into Chopin International Airport. Onboard was His Excellency John O’Byrne, personal envoy of His Majesty King Cormac I of Ireland, arriving to begin formal diplomatic talks with the Kingdom of Poland. A senior official from the Department of the Committee for European Affairs and a Polish translator welcomed the Irish guests with the customary handshakes and brief formalities. There were no public remarks, no flashing cameras. Just the quiet discipline of Polish diplomacy at work. Ambassador O'Byrne was shown to his new embassy building along side his personal accommodations on the floor above the official Irish embassy to rest before the meetings scheduled for the next morning. Royal security and Warsaw Policja were present, though as always, their duty was to ensure safety without intruding on the tone of the occasion. For the Kingdom of Poland, this visit marked not just a continuation of diplomatic protocol but the opening of a deeper conversation between two monarchies bound by the shared respect for sovereignty, faith, and measured statecraft.
