Dear Sparrow Industries Representative,

Please be aware that after review of purchases made by the ministry, it has been found that Sparrow Safeguards has yet to complete an order made by the Turkish Ministry of Defense. The total purchase for this order was $1,203,118,614.64 and an additional purchase has also been made and has yet to be confirmed. Please complete this purchase as soon as possible as it is paramount that the Turkish Armed forces have adequate equipment in order to carry out their duties.

The Turkish Ministry of Defense now demands approximately $1,500,000,000 USD for refund and the fact that mass amounts of funds which could be used for other essential services have been tied up by Sparrow Industries. Please Respond and pay this amount or the Republic of Turkey will publicly announce the actions(or no action) taken by Sparrow and will persuade allied nations to avoid buisness with any sparrow related company.
