Gendarmerie Forces of the Republic of Turkey
Radar and Air Defense Forces of the Republic of Turkey

Top Secret/Secure Information
Operation Background

Following declarations of war by The United States, Israel, Congo, and Australia along with suspected but not confirmed deployments by other Nations that are likely on course to conduct hostile affairs against Turkey, the Ministry of Defense, Presidential Security Council, and National Intelligence Agency have declared that it is fit to begin preparations for a first strike against these powers if further activities are detected. The Operation(First Strike) will consist of Intelligence gathering via Naval and Aerial Forces, Deployment of Military Units to Regions likely to be attacked by foreign forces, and the deployment of Naval, Aerial, and Ballistic Missile assets for a first strike capability against foreign Powers. It is likely that the United States is using either British RAF Base Akrotiri in Cyprus due to the Strong British American Alliance or airfields in Israel which will be targeted by Ballistic Missile forces following a successful strike on Israeli SAM and Anti Ballistic Missile Sites Of which there is public knowledge of all Israeli military formations due to a clear and evident intelligence leak where the Israelis have made all military deployments public. Copies of this information have been created across Turkey in Military bases and command centers. Military action against these powers is not certain or definite until the President gives the signal to attack. No other individual has the authority to authorize a military deployment unless the Commander in chief suddenly and unexpected dies. At this point the chain of command would go to General Hulusi Akar.
It is imperative that Turkish Movements are kept secret and away from public eye, as naval forces absolutely must begin rapid naval deployment to avoid aerial or naval strikes by foreign powers.

Aircraft carrier TCG Ankara will be deployed to the Bosporus Strait and Act as an additional defense against Naval and Aerial Deployments by Foreign Powers, it will have the 405th Carrier Helicopter Wing and 6th Carrier Squadron onboard for deployments. TCG Istanbul and TCG Andadolu will be evacuated to the Port Town of Hopa and disguised at this location to prevent enemy strikes on the highly valuable assets.

Ground Forces will be deployed in a separate operation(Too Large) and the Point of the Air Force Deployment to to ensure readiness and allow for a immediate deployment into enemy airspace.

Additionally full deployment will not start for 10(IC) days due to multiple vessels still under construction in the Gölcük Naval Shipyard which is guarded by Operation Mamluk.

This is an offensive mission and will be treated as such.

Targets Include RAF Akrotiri, Israel, and Potentially Southern Russia after Mines Deployed by the Russian Naval Forces are cleared by TCG MH 01-03 Mine Hunters.

TCG Erzurum, the lead vessel.
With the first fleet already Deployed in operation the deployment of the rest of the fleet would commence starting with the highly advanced 2nd Attack Fleet. The Second Attack fleet would consist of 3x Yi Sunsin-Class Destroyers(TCG Erzurum, TCG Malatya, TCG Ananya) and 8x La Fayette-class Frigates (TCG Çorlu, TCG Adıyaman, TCG Osmaniye, TCG Kırıkkale, TCG Antakya, TCG Uşak, TCG Aksaray, TCG Afyon). The fleet would be most advanced by far of any opposing fleet barring the Americans and would make use of their low profile build and specially created bodywork materials to seriously reduce their radar signature/disperse the signature. Accompanying the Fleet would be 3x Preveze-class, Type 209 Variant Submarines(S-354, S-355, S-356). On the three destroyers inside the hanger would be a already loaded Westland Sea King HAS.2 fully armed with 2 x BAe Sea Eagle and dipping radar. These would only come out in the event that the ships were somehow detected and needed close range anti ship/submarine support.
The Departure of the vessels would be absolutely top secret to only the crew and command involved, civilians nearby had already been evacuated from the military site for their own safety and to prevent civilian espionage for democratic holdouts in Turkey. The Vessels each were already fueled and armed and set sail one at a time into the night under lights off conditions. Their radars would be off to avoid detection by aircraft or ship and instead rely on radar interceptors such as the ARBR 21 radar interceptor which would detect enemy radar and ping their location to the fleet which in turn would fire their vertical cells at the target and this quickly sail away before their stealth is compromised. In case of visual detection by an aircraft which would then ping their location back to the enemy fleet the Frigates would activate radar temporarily and fire SAM at the aircraft until it is destroyed, then they would again make maneuvers to move from their location to ensure enemy ships do not fire on them using their last known location and trajectory. The doctrine would be standard for the fleet. The submarines would act similarly and use their passive sonar to detect enemy subs rather than active sonar which would give away the location of the fleet and submarines. Subs will be above water in transit before moving to attack phase and diving to assault the location of the Coalition fleets.
Once entering the deep sea from Gölcük naval base the ships would set secretly set sail for the waters between Crete and Cyprus where they would be able to respond to movements from the west and southeast. All the while crew would be ordered to be as silent as possible even if this didn’t make a massive difference because of the radar absorbing metals on each side of the ships. They were in standard formation for a fleet where submarines would lead in front of a circle around the most vital ships(Destroyers). Air Radars on the coastline would be monitoring any signs of aircraft not of Turkish origin near the vessels and would relay information back to the vessels when not on radio silence which they were in fact on. Maximum alert was on due to orders by the president who waited patiently for the first kill from this elite task force of ships costing over well over 10 Billion USD. Transit: KN>KM.
DA4F6AE6-5042-4074-9845-68482B5B00D5.jpeg

Rough Diagram of Fleet Formation in transit, vessels would leave enough room to safely maneuver or fire their weapons if necessary. They would travel at 15 Knots but this can easily be increased to avoid incoming fire after firing their own missiles.

The Next Naval Squadrons to Deploy which would be in charge of more close range defense with the vessels’ non-stealth abilities clear but to be used not for naval superiority but rather as sea-denying assets that will try to inflict maximum damage to the enemy, while trying to keep friendly casualties low. The Vessels would be MEKO 200 Frigates(Barbados Class) which are specifically designed for the aforementioned mission. TCG Yavuz, TCG Barbaros, and TCG Salihireis would be part of the 3rd Frigate Squadron and deploy into the south Aegean Sea(in between Athens and the Island of Rhodes to prevent any attack in between the Greek Islands against the cities of Izmir and Istanbul and instead direct movements east where the 2nd Attack Fleet would lay in hiding for a target. The Greek owned Airspace around the Islands was extremely important to the mission since it would block aerial attacks because the Airspace above international waters extends out to block certain sections and knowing that the West wouldn’t want an international incident with the greeks this was implemented. The vessels would depart the port of Izmir fully crewed, fueled, and loaded towards the Aegean Sea with active sonar and radar on to detect enemy craft or aircraft. They would make their way to the sea and begin patrols between the Islands in international waters in search of enemy vessels with their weapons always active along with their Radar. One vessel (TCG Yavuz) would come equipped with a Westland Sea King HAS.2 fully armed with 2 x BAe Sea Eagle and M206 Flares would rest on the deck of the ship. When patrolling it would take off and circle the patrol vessels from a distance of 50km. The Helicopters would land to refuel after running low every time and then take back off and begin patrols once more, it would be careful of enemy aircraft and maintain contact with TCG Yavuz so that it could retreat back to the vessel if an enemy air signature was picked up. Transit: KM>KM

The 4th Frigate squadron would go through the same procedures as the other Vessels and Consist of the vessels TCG Kemal Reis, TCG Devlet, and TCG Bursa (All MEKO Class Frigates/Barbados class). These vessels would depart from Foça Naval Bas and begin sailing towards Antalya where they would patrol 250km out from the coast with radar and weapons systems active. Transit: KM

A single fully loaded, equipped, and fueled MEKO 200 (TCG Pens) would depart from Izmir and patrol the waters outside of the city by 50km, this would catch any ships or submarines trying to sneak in towards Istanbul or Bursa. All of it’s radar (Including Active sonar which is present on the other vessels and active) would search for enemy aircraft and vessels.

Three Loaded, fueled, armed Type 051B Destroyers going by TCG B-03 through 05 would depart Foca under escort by four Loaded, fueled, and armed G-Class Frigates (TCG G-07 through 10) which would maintain a distance of 250 feet at all times and head through the Aegean along the coast towards the City of Adana. The Vessels always made sure to have weapons and radar active as they progressed close to the coast. They would sail directly northwest of Cyprus and station themselves 50km northwest of northwestern Cyprus. The vessels were to wait for conflict in the black sea to conclude so they could have reinforcements to attack aircraft departing from Cyprus. The G-Class were especially made for air defense while the Type 051B were made for naval conflict and supremacy. This mix would allow for an effective fighting force. Patrols around the area would occur until the reinforcements arrived. Transit: KM.

The Remaining Two G-Class Frigates would depart from Gölcük Naval based Loaded, fueled, armed with weapons and active radar active and sail 250 feet from each other to the city of Kas where TCG G-11 would break off and patrol 40 km south of the city. TCG G-12 would continue east and patrol 20 km outside of the waters of Karatas. All weapons and radar would be on during patrol and transit.

Six of the Lafayette class Frigates would simply depart like every other vessel(Fully fueled, loaded, armed, etc) and begin patrolling the southern coast with features on to ensure the ship remained stealthy. They would evenly patrol the entire southern coast for any signs of Activity with their radars on along with active sonar. They would patrol 30 km from the south coast.

AB-40 Patrol craft would depart from Aksaz Naval base (20 Vessels) and Foca (20 Vessels) and begin patrols of the coast 5km out equally with their fully armed and equipped vessels looking for any visual indication of enemy naval activity. Radios would constantly send reports every 30 minutes to command and vice versa so that it can be confirmed that the vessel is still active and not sunk by enemy vessels or aircraft. In case of No response five F-16s Fully loaded and fueled (Equipped with M206 Flares) will allways automatically deploy from their base in Incirlik to Investigate.

Aircraft nationwide would also be on high alert and already fueled at airports so that they could take off in a much shorter period of time. Pilots also would be near aircraft at all times for immediate departure. The two AWACS would take off fueled and loaded and patrol 10km from the shore of Izmir and Adana.

The nation was on alert and ready for anything.

HMCS Halifax would be West of Cyprus when it would pick up the radar emissions from the large Turkish vessels (excluding the first group of ships). It's radar has a range of 450km. While the Turkish had activated it's "Stealth features", the use of radar would pretty instantly give away it's position. In addition, stealth features only reduce your radar contact, not completely hide it. Small radar contacts emitting military size radar emissions would prove suspicious.

While not at war, the vessel would quickly come about to20knots, the top speed achievable alongside HMCS Protecteur to head west, and stay out of range of the ships range. Heading from KM>JM>IM. The location of the large fleet is radioed to HMCS Iroquois who in turn would call Canadian Defence HQ in Ottawa to alert them to the presence of the fleet. HMCS Halifax activates it's electronic countermeasure systems, which would jam any missiles from achieving a true lock on the vessel. It's own missiles are ready if so required. HMCS Iroquois would also travel KM>JM>IM at it's top speed of 29 knots.

While Canada cannot confirm the owners of the large collection of radar contacts and emissions, it would be suspicious regardless. Upon receiving the data, the location of the ships is quickly shared to the United Coalition naval commanders via an encrypted message.

TOP SECRET

Following the unprecedented aerial attacks across Turkey Targeting Major Cities vessels are now being produced to replace casualties incurred by the American, British, and Congolese attacks which have sunk or crippled at least seven vessels, one of which was a destroyer that was en-route to attack the American navy which has been identified and is being handled with via a separate deployment of over 80 Aircraft armed with Anti Ship weaponry which will target the largest radar signatures(American Carriers). 50 Chengdu J-10A and 5 G-Class Frigates have been commissioned and are now on deployment. The J-10s were already assigned to Incirlik Air base after production and would be in combat currently. The G-Class Frigates of which are TCG GO-13-17 will depart Izmir Shipyards and travel several km out to sea where they will patrol and act an rapid response task force against aircraft. Four vessels will stay near Izmir along the cost to avoid detection and operate aerial radars for signs of enemy aircraft. TCG GO-17 will sail to Istanbul along the coastline and provide aerial defense against potential Russian Aircraft strikes on the city.

This below represents a full list of the current Turkish Air Force Capabilites, multiple Aircraft have departed from their designated air bases in evacuations after being fully fueled and loaded. This is all top secret and changed to ensure the United Coalition now has inaccurate intel on Turkish Pos
