Operation Dawn Breaker-1999

Operation Participants:

Navy of the Republic of Turkey
Air Force of the Republic of Turkey

Top Secret/Secure Information
Operation Background

Following strained relations with Israel and the ever present, ever growing military force of Israel, the cabinet of the Turkish Armed force with the approval of 3/4 of the Grand National Assembly and the president have decided to initiate Operation Dawn Breaker to secure Turkish water and International waters bordering Israel. In addition multiple air force Aircraft will be flown into Geçitkale Air Base in northern Cyprus. The goal is to intimidate Israel and show the military prowess of Turkey in an live operation rather than a military display. Naval forces will be supplied to endure a months long operation and will occasionally when stated return to Naval HQ to resuply though certain vessels will be resuplied by Akar class Replenishment vessels that will go from the mainland to the fleet.
Objectives:
  • Secure international waters outside of Israeli waters and prevent the movement (without force) of Israeli Military vessels. Civilian Craft may come and go as they wish.
  • Intimidate the Israeli government into avoiding conflict with Palestine and to accept Turkish Demands in regards to the rights of Palestinians.
  • Gather intelligence using naval Patrol Aircrafts and AWACS to determine if Israel plans to retaliate in some way using their own weak but still capable Naval forces.

All aircraft would Already be stationed at said airbases and Naval Vessels would take about ~1 Day to arrive at their destinations outside of Israeli Territorial waters. The Southern fleet and 3rd Task force would have major vessels in standard formation together while light attack craft, Attack Submarines, and Coast Guard Vessels would patrol the entirety of the border of International waters with Israeli Waters. Further details would be described later in the operation as It took place. All vessels and aircraft(if applicable) are fully armed with standard weaponry. All of this would be done in relative secrecy though it would be quite obvious immediately to the media and other nations the full scope of the operation very soon. As previously stated, all vessels will be fully loaded with all supplies for at least one month and will dock or be resupplied when necessary. All of this would occur in the area of (KM). Saudi Arabia would be notified of the operation and would happily be accepted to join if they so choose. Egypt would notified that Turkish Naval Vessels would be near their own territorial waters but that Turkish Vessels would not interfere with any operations by Egypt. All Turkish Civilian Vessels would Be directed away from the area and Turkish Civilian Aircraft departing from Turkey would be told to avoid the area as well. Further details will be added once vessels reach their intended destination.

Turkish Vessels would begin loading and departing for the Mediterranean, many sailors in exception to senior command staff and command of the vessels would know the full details of the mission. This was the first ever military deployment of the Turkish Navy in decades and a huge indicator of the strategic effectiveness of the Turkish Navy, especially while working with the Air Force as well.
Meanwhile the 8th AWACS squadron at Geçitkale Air Base would be fueled and the two aircraft readied for an immediate departure, their goal was to survey the immediate area where the vessels would deploy and make sure no Israeli Vessels or Aircraft would hinder them or alert the Israeli government of the fleet’s presence. The pilots would

Pilot Kimyon Funda would radio to Geçitkale ATC
“This is Turkish Airforce 93-0673, 8th AWACS squadron requesting permission for takeoff”

ATC would respond
”Permission granted 0673, good luck out there.”

The Aircraft would takeoff and make its way towards the Mediterranean with its fellow aircraft taking off behind it. They would approach the glistening Mediterranean waters and begin flying towards the aerospace outside of Israeli Aerospace and waters. The aircraft would hit an altitude of around 22,000ft and begin reconnaissance operations using their radar systems to pick up any possible Israeli vessels or Aircraft in near vicinity.

ROLEPLAY NOTICE

Howdy Axis12

We have received a Support Ticket regarding the two posts above. Unfortunately, Turkey does not own Northern Cypress and thus you are not able to use any military facilities in Northern Cypress, nor are you able to enter its waters or territory or airspace (with military assets) without it being considered an offensive act against Northern Cypress, which is being treated as a NPC nation.

Therefore I am voiding the two posts above and locking this thread. If you have any questions feel free to make a support ticket.

Best regards,

Odinson
