Unable to Preview on my Subforum

When I created two topics, I am having problems with visual editing. There is no "preview". I had to post multiple times to preview the post visually.

The subforum is "Internal Affairs"

On Your Post #2, I had same types of Issue except the preview was missing. I had to save multiple times and refreshed
