Minister Netanyahu,

Shalom. I am writing to you at the behest of President Gore who wants to see a peaceful resolution to the ongoing situation in the Mediterranean region. The United States is committed to finding a diplomatic solution the issues that presently face Israel and the other countries that are involved in the worrying events in the eastern Mediterranean. In order to begin a dialogue between your country, Egypt, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Poland has offered to host a peace summit in Warsaw. In addition to the Polish, representatives from the Untied States will be there as moderators. If you are interested in perusing the diplomatic option, I request that you please assign a diplomat to attend this summit - alternatively, you are welcome to attend as well. I look forward to hearing back from you.

It was decided that the President of the State of Israel and the Minister of Foreign Affairs would be sent to the peace summit in Warsaw and the pair would board a chartered flight out of Tel Aviv bound for Warsaw, they would be accompanied by twelve agents from Shin Bet who were carrying fully loaded Glock 17 handguns. They would be joined by aides and staff from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In private and unknown to anyone apart from the Minister of Foreign Affairs, two of the agents were members of Kidon which was a unit within Israel's Mossad that is responsible for the assassination of enemies.
