ENCRYPTED MESSAGE

TO: Yaşar Yakış, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey ( EnigmaMage )
FROM: Jackson Fitzgerald, Secretary of State of the United States of America

Minister Yaşar Yakış,

The ongoing public statements made by the governments of Turkey, the Holy See, and France have been very concerning to the State Department. The White House has directed me to ask if your government would be willing to have a sit-down discussion with a representative from the State Department. Because the United States does not have an embassy or ambassador in Turkey, we would need to send a special envoy. It is the hope of the Federal Government that discussions can be had on deescalating the current situation in between the three aforementioned countries, as peace and cooperation is in the interest of everyone.

I look forward to hearing back from you as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Jackson Fitzgerald
Secretary of State

Subject: Request for Sit-Down Discussion

Secretary Jackson Fitzgerald,

I appreciate your communication on behalf of the United States Government. However, I would like to clarify a significant matter that has transpired since our last contact.

The Republic of Turkiye has undergone a transformative change in its political structure and nomenclature. It is no longer the Republic of Turkiye; it has evolved into the Ottoman Empire. This shift represents a fundamental alteration in our governance and signifies the reinstatement of a historical legacy that holds profound significance for our nation.

As a result, I would be much obliged if you would addressed me as the Vizier of the Ottoman Empire, not the Republic of Turkiye Minister. The Ottoman Empire is committed to diplomatic relations, and we are open to dialogue on issues of mutual interest, peace, and cooperation.

In light of this important development, I would like to reaffirm our interest in pursuing a sit-down discussion with a representative from the State Department. We believe that peaceful dialogue and cooperation are essential, and we are willing to engage constructively in the hope of de-escalating the current situation.

I look forward to your understanding and a positive response to this correspondence.

Yours sincerely,

Yaşar Yakış
Vizier of Foreign Affairs
Ottoman Empire

Vizier Yaşar Yakış,

At the time that message was sent, we viewed your public foreign affairs pages which still had you listed as the Foreign Minister for the Republic of Turkey. We understand that your government is currently in a transition I apologize for the confusion.

The State Department will be sending Aiden Hawkins as our Special Envoy to Turkey. Mr. Hawkins has previously served as the Ambassador to Turkey and is well-versed in American policy and what the United States intends to do in the region to ensure peace and work with all parties involved. Would the Ottoman government be willing to grant Mr. Hawkins, along with five Diplomatic Security Service Agents, special diplomatic visas so that he can come to the Ottoman Empire as soon as possible and sit down for diplomatic discussions?

Best regards,

Jackson Fitzgerald
