Official Transcription from the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics Circa 2003
"Good Morning." Islam Karimov stood tall while announcing "The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, has recently been reformed by your truly" Karimov stands in a black suit and tie. A deep red sash rests on his shoulder and a simple hammer and sickle pin sits on his suit's lapel. "The international community has been shaken by our resurgence but I cannot stress enough that the USSR has no quarrels with any other nation, and only seeks peaceful relations with all nations" Karimov states calmly
Karimov looks out towards the crowd "We understand the dark history of the Soviet Union and we are willing to remain in our isolation. Yet, the Russian Empire has recently held a press conference to share their fears and thoughts on the second USSR. With this we are going to hold our own conference to share our story and prove to the international community that the Soviet Union can be trusted and can be a respectable member of the international community"
"Hello. This is Rita Steinitz from the German news agency Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen. Thank you for your remarks Mr. Chairman. I want to ask what are your thoughts on Russian Premier Putin's remarks about the Soviet Union's dark history. Do you think it is hypocritical for Premier Putin to stand there as a representative of the Russian Empire, an Empire which was responsible for the Circassian Genocide, the mass deportation and exile of Turkic Tatars of Crimea, the colonization of Central Asia, and so forth. If Russia can have pride in its imperial history do you think it is fair for them to criticize you for your pride in your soviet one?"

That is indeed a fair point, if they are standing by their dark history we should have the ability to stand by ours. But, we do not find it applicable as The new Russian Empire is modernized and Reformed for the modern day, the same is being attempted by us in the Soviet Union. This is why it is better for both the Ussr and the Russian Empire for us to cease this aggression to each other to find diplomatic and peaceful relations and promote stability in the region.
