The Director of Hyundai Rotem Industries and the Korean Minister of Finance would be invited to the Republic Trade Center, Saigon's Financial Hub, to meet with the Vietnamese Director of the Department of Finance and Republic Reserve in order to discuss a mutually beneficial deal that will allow Korea and Vietnam to enhance their bond and become a mutual force in Asia.
