An aide from the General Intelligence Directorate attache at the Vietnamese Embassy in London would drive to the SIS Building in an unmarked vehicle. The aide would pull to the side of the road in front of the building, leaving his car on as he exits swiftly. He'd be carrying a manilla folder with him marked "CLASSIFIED, FOR TOP GID EYES ONLY." He'd deliver the manilla folder to the SIS and depart. Inside the manilla folder would be a heavily doctored report on activities at the Global Assembly and Kosovo.

Intelligence Information Report

Report Class: Secret / Class A-2B63740
Country: South American Bloc, Commonwealth of Independent States
DOI: December 2013
Subject: Commonwealth of Independent States potential conflict for Falklands Island
Prepared by: Thi Uyển Nhã, Deputy Chief Inspector for the Office of South American Affairs, GID
Forwarded to: Secret Intelligence Service, London, UK

Summary: The following report is a detailed account of a potential conflict that may be happening within the Falklands Islands or in disputed territories around Commonwealth of Independent Nations states within the next five years. This report provides a brief summary of activities that give the General Intelligence Directorate reason to believe that the Republic of Argentina may be gearing for a conflict against the Falklands Island once more. This report also provides brief solutions of how this situation may be handled by the General Intelligence Directorate and her allies abroad.

Background: Over the past few days, the General Intelligence Directorate has been working behind the scenes in gaining surveillance on the Serbian government and plans to commit to a military operation in order to expel Seria from Kosovo. However, on the front end of the conflict at the General Assembly, representatives to the Vietnamese Mission to the General Assembly has been met with stalwart resistance, mainly from the countries of Argentina and Brazil. While Brazil's motives remain unclear to the moment of the drafting of the report, Argentina's recognition of Kosovo and their immediate un-recognition of it at it's earliest convenience suggests that the Argentinian government is currently testing the waters to see if General Assembly states would be open to seeing a future invasion of a disputed territory unknown at this time.

  • Key words utilized by the Argentinian Ambassador:
    • territorial integrity
    • colonialism
    • world police
Furthermore, the Deputy Chief Inspector has reason to believe that the Falklands Island situation will be similar to the current motion that Argentina has on the floor of the UN. Whereas, after a complete military invasion of the Falklands Islands, the Republic of Argentina will immediately sue for peace to keep their newfound territory, while demilitarizing it, preventing any third party nation from interfering in it's illegal invasion, and resolving issues through the General Assembly where the Commonwealth of Independent States has a notable bloc of voters to vote down any proposition to prevent Argentina from pressing their claims.

Solutions: The General Intelligence Directorate believes that a two pronged approach to the situation is required in order to force Argentina to forever relinquish their claim to the Falklands Island. It is the opinion of the General Intelligence Directorate that by showing overwhelming support for Kosovo and preventing their draft proposal from going through, the Argentinians will see that any attempt at taking a sovereign island will be met with overwhelming force against them, effectively creating a security community of states. The Serbian government must also be cowed into submission and expelled from Kosovo through either subversive, military, or diplomatic means throughout any means necessary.
