Greetings,

I am emailing you as an opportunity has arisen due to most favorable circumstances. If possible I would like for FCI to assemble a team to survey Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia to give us information on how best to take the Indochinese peninsula from developing to a developed nation. I do believe that prior a loan was asked for from your company for a similar project around a city, however we have increased the scope as we have come to acquire a vast amount of funds. Before we can begin development however we must have outside experts help us to determine what needs to be done. This is necessary and require due to the new administration. I have emailed FCI first due to their unbiased track record and good business practices. So, are you able to assemble a team of experts to work with us? If so when can they arrive?

We appreciate the Socialist Republic of Vietnam choosing First Choice as Surveyors. However, we are undergoing a business restructure and don't have the time to commit to a project on this scale. Please understand, First Choice would love to make a contribution, but our schedules will not permit any new opportunities right now. We recognize this is not the answer you wanted to hear, but we can make a suggestion to contact the Citadel Group? This is a Dutch Company who among their many services, specialize in Global Energy... Something I'm sure will greatly contribute to the development of Southeast Asia. I've taken the liberty of sharing this email with them in the hope of you receiving an immediate response.
