Dear Sir,

On behalf of the Dutch government I am contacting you with the hope of beginning the process of formally recognising Taiwan as an independent nation. With your assistance I would like to begin negotiations regarding the opening of embassies and consulates in both our nations. I also hope that your government is the turning point of Sino-Taiwanese conflict in regards to the status of the island of Taiwan.

Dear Sir,

To begin, would it be possible for you to brief me on the current state of relations between Taiwan and the People's Republic of China. It is of utmost importance to my government that you recognition is not simply limited to ourselves, but that our actions spur others to begin pursuing formal relations with you. Our hope of course is to mediate a resolution to the conflict between your nation and the People's Republic of China, any information you can give me would be helpful.

Yours Sincerely,

Greetings Mr. Albronda,

Thank you for the email once again. The current relationship status with People's Republic of China is very friendly. The People's Republic of China view us as an independent nation. Currently our administration is going to sign Non Aggression Pact with China so that we can maintain the friendly and peaceful relationship. I guess this is enough information for you to have. I am happy to answer if you have further question. Let me know how can I help to build this relationship.

Thank you,

Joseph Wu

Dear Sir,

The Netherlands is currently in talks with the Chinese Ambassador, where we will also discuss the topic of formal recognition for the Island of Taiwan. At this time the Netherlands maintains a office, named the Netherlands Trade and Investment Office along with a representative who leads the team. We would like to begin negotiations to upgrade the status of our office and representative to that of an Embassy and an Ambassador. We would of course also offer these rights to Taiwan allowing you to open a diplomatic mission in the Netherlands.

Yours Sincerely,
L.ALBRONDA

Dear Sir,

I am pleased to hear this, we are exited to see a new era of peace and cooperation between China and Taiwan.

In regards to a Taiwanese Embassy in the Netherlands, I would advise you choose a location in The Hague, as that is the political capital of our nation and would serve better than Amsterdam. As far as I am aware, the Taipei Representative Office in the Netherlands, located at Van Stolkweg 23, 2585 JM Den Haag is still functional, we could upgrade the status of that building to an Embassy unless you would like to pick a different location for your embassy.

The Netherlands however wishes to continue using the Netherlands Trade & Investment Office in Taipei. Upgrading the status of that building to an Embassy and designating Henrietta Erbeider as our Ambassador to Taiwan.

Yours Sincerely,
L.ALBRONDA

Greetings Mr. Albronda,

Thank you for the email once again. Our madame president and president Xi will joint live transmission within few hours. As for the embassy, we would like to be in Hague. Because in Hague, we have Taipei Representative and Cultural Office so we would like to upgrade into Embassy. Mr. James Lee would be the our ambassador in Netherlands and will represent Taiwan. We welcome Madame Ambassador Erbeider to Taipei. In the verge of our relationship that has began, we wish to discuss about trades that will go to Netherlands. Taiwan wishes to export electronic and computers, medical and optical apparatus, plastics/plastic articles, refined petroleum oil to Netherlands. In exchange we would like to import Organic Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals from Netherlands. We will fax the Free Trade Agreement to Netherlands as soon as we have that ready on hand.

Thank you,

Joseph Wu

Dear Sir,

I will inform my government to write up an official document to officialy offer the Republic of Taiwan its sovereignty in the eyes of the Dutch nation. While that is being done we can begin work on upgrading both our diplomatic missions. At this time my government is unwilling to sign any Free or Fair Trade Agreements due to the European Treaty Organisation is currently in the process of reforming it's trade policy. Within a few months we hope to see the European Treaty Organisation begin setting up a range of trade partners. I suggest you patiently wait as such a Fair Trade Agreement would not only include the Netherlands, but the other ETO Member States of Norway and the United Kingdom as well.

Yours Sincerely,
L.ALBRONDA
