Objectives
- To monitor the movements of foreign nationals residing in The Republic of Ireland suspected of ties to foreign intelligence agencies
- To Apprehend and if necessary despose of said elements upon making contact
- To monitor the communication of those foreign nationals suspected of having ties to foreign intelligence agencies and to gather information, transfering it to the intelligence arm of the Garda Síochána.
