Official Statement​

The Army Council of The Irish Republican Army in accordance with the wishes of The People of Ireland hereby announces the iniation of military operations in the northern six counties under foreign occupation with the intention of bringing about the end of partition seeing as The defacto government of Ireland is unwilling to commit itself to the reunification of Ireland and the formation of a sovereign 32 country democratic republic governed from Dublin.

Brigades previously disbanded in the western part of the province of Ulster within the Republic of Ireland shall be instructed to begin acquiring the funding arms required to begin conducting a series of attacks designed to eliminate enemy occupation forces, domestic collaborators, and political figureheads. Attacks against civilians are to be avoided at all cost.

The confirmed statement that verifies the return of the Irish Republican Army has raised concerns across the House of Commons, those concerns have also been raised by the Secretary of Northern Ireland to the cabinet directly. Identifying the IRA a 'Returning threat' to peace and stability across Northern Ireland.
With that in mind, a formal but private request has been pitched to the British Government for further forces to be made readily available in Northern Ireland as a result of the return of the IRA and the concerns over the Irish Government.

France privately and secretly affirmed Great Britain that they are standing beside Great Britain and required support as they needed. France also publicly condemned IRA within Ireland.

The Government of The Republic of Ireland would condemn the newly resurgent Irish Republican Army but would stand by its commitment to bring about a united Ireland. The presence of Garda counter insurgency personel would be bolstered in order to prevent cross border raids in vunerable areas. The Irish Government would ask Britain to appoint a laison so as to transmit intelliegence reports and prevent terrorist attacks.
