SERBIAN LAST DEMOCRATIC ELECTIONS​

Serbian People have decided that no party or constituion my stand in a way of King and its people. Last Elections resulted in total victory for Party of God's Grace. Party has won 65,6% votes, winning total majority in parliament, despite secular wave in Serbia. The 2nd largest party(won 25% of votes), was party of Individual Awakening. This party was democratic, pro-capitalist, supporting total privatisation of economic sector due to its dogmatics about personal development. This party was condemned by Serbian Orthodox Church as paganistic and anti-chrstian. Patriarch said that "im sorry for souls of those who are for ways of the devil." This delt trondemous hit to the party. Serbian Orthodox Church also fiercly supported Part of God's Grace, which is no suprise to anyone. Communist party was 3rd party with only 5% votes.

Serbian new government immediatelly faced problems due to its extreme reforms, that will take place, especially when it comes to economy. Serbian Part of God's Grace has officially passed a bill of closing parliament and creating temporary absolutist government under rule of Aleksandar II Karadjordjevic, till Supervisonary body of monarchy is formed.
We will now take a look at main reforms that will take place(in nutshell, i will explain more about each one at my "Serbia" thread). Aleksandar II said that this will be long and tormenting process but after which rewards will come.
1. Reform of Monetary System
This reform plans on total reconstruction of monetary system, to System of quottas. This is supposed to totally remove money, and to on its place put quottas. This quottas will be given on daily basis(1 quotta a day, as such 1 quotta will be worth one day of work in Serbia). Quottas cant be traded, person can only and only gain them 1 daily, and when something is purchased with quotta it doesnt go to seller but simply gets spent.
This has inevitably caused foreign investors to flee Serbia, as such Serbia is getting economic hits even before it will start process of adopting reforms. Tha main mottot of this reform, except promised economic efficiency is also that "love of money is root of all evil". Whole system is planned to use sophisticated technology insted of paper.
2. Sacking of School System
The reform plans on completely closing down school forever. No universities, no primary education, no high school. Instead it will be replaced with private schools, which will work on supply/demand formula. However schools of such will be only used to gather "knowledge of life instead of knowledge just for sake of it" as Aleksandar put it. These private schools have lots of freedom in their schooling program, suprisingly it hasnt restricted schools to be anti-christian. Regulation for this private schools will demand for them to not propagate 1. Self harm, 2.Harming others, 3.Or to teach any kind of Anti-social or negative behaviour that may go against laws of the country and its people.
3. Reform of Ministries and government
This refeorm is expected to radically change structure of the government, nothing is clear about this reform currently, and there are only rumors.
4. Reform of Economic functioning of the state.
ted to ra. This reform promises to trash capitalism or planned economy and on its place put System of Bratsvas(meaning brotherhood in Serbia). Concept still hasnt been revealed, but it promises to fully adopt System of Quottas and make economy sucesfull as never before.
Lastly, despite negative stigma, The new government will allow complete freedoms, and promised to defend human freedom of choice no matter what. Aleksandar II said it will only offer people to change but not force them.
However this was compromised after the "ban of public paganism", while in meantime giving totall freedoms to Jewish, Christian and Muslim communities. Aleksandar faced this fact by saying that he didnt infringe in the right to choose to be pagan "im not forcing people to Christians, im only stopping the structures of devil to be built in this country". This delt large hit to popular neo-slavic movements that want to get back to slavic roots. Aleksandar II called them "Complete and utter idiots, may God have mercy upon them!". Many other pro-christian laws surrounding public display of evil movements and toughts alike where put. However rights of free speech where not infringed.

MONETARY REFORM STARTS

Serbian government has officially announced start of first monetary reform. The 4 steps have been anounced on the website of Serbian government. Altough the main reforms are far from being done, this announcment has prooven that government has taken itself seriously.

I It is estimated that Monetary Reform is far from being done, but however many are already getting prepared. Foreign investors and other capitalist entities are either going to adapt to the change or leave. Many have left even before reform has been announced. Big chain companies have left the country.

All of this catapulted unemployment from 14% to 18%, its forecasted to grow to 30% till the end of May. This was used by Party, now movement of Individual Awakening, to start mass protests. This sparked outrage in the government which made Aleksandar II say "those who want to run away, doors are open, i need only real Serbs"

Government promised to deal with problem as soon as possible, the government is working on System of Bratsvas, which will be announced "in at least 4 days", which is immidatelly after 1st part of Monetary Reform is done.

System of bratsvas promises to drop unemployment to minimum.

1st phase MONETARY REFORM SUCESS
Background operations for bratsvas underway

Serbian King has announced success of 1st phase monetary reform. While background system of bratstvas is getting delayed, together with whole reform process. ​

Its said that "we are having troubles with current economy, and we will be forced to delay reforms for a while, for now patience is utmost needed."
Announcment was followed by great protests in June. unemployment has risen to 25.40%, conscription of unemployed workers to work on public services and government owned companies has easied the tension, and unemployed people are slowly recieving compensation. This form of action has been recieved really good by nation wide populace. Govenment also promises to develop the nation in this way, untill that system of bratsvas is founded.

Reforms officially continued

The 2nd phase of reforms was havily delayed for month already, giving a huge impatience to loyal populace.
The reason for delay was "difficulties in administration and need for more time for state to prepare" as ministry for reforms Vojislav Seselj noted for newspapers.

This was accepted with grain of salt and forgotten about as enthusiasm for reforms is back after king Aleksandar II announcing a continuation of 1st phase of reforms, which follows for "background prepaation for system of brastavas".

Ministry of reformation Vojislav Seselj said added that many revisions where done, "and thats what we mean, that we needed time to prepare".

Reform includes following:

System of Bratsvas(which means brotherhood on serbian) includes economical reorganization of society in the state. There are 4 "main" bratsvas, or we can also call them classes: Workers, Scientists, SCP, Aristists. Preparations will be done for sake of "classification" of workplaces and jobs. To further describe these four classes we will explain further all of the individualy:

- Bratsvo of Workers works in sphere of construction and poduction
- Bratsvo of Scientists worsk in sphere of Technological improovment
- SCP(secure - contain - protect) works in field of national defense and police, security(Ministry of Reformation has noted that there is more than simply national defense and police that this bratsvo works on, but that is tbd for later reforms since this bratsvo will work in very distinct aspect which will all be revealed in later reforms)
- Bratsvo of Atrists works in field of public and cultural affairs(enterteinment industry included).

This reform will work on establishing class consciusness for this 4 classes, by marking workplaces and employes with insignia of the bratsvo and various other methods that will be employed by ministry of public awerness.

"All these classes serve people of our nation in their own way, when one works he shall understand which class he is membe of, and should work in enthusiasm knowing his work is important, be it cleaning public space or being officier in the army. This is of course one step further towards society in which people work for greater good and not material gain."[/img2]

Formation of Balkan Union Official

Serbian and Croatian Government have after visition of prime minister of Croatia to Belgrade agreed on creation of Balkan Union between two nations.
This agreement has struck the public out of blue, as Croatia and Serbia, rivals in Balkans since immemorial come together, prehraps peace and unity in balkans is possible?

This document represents what Balkan Union is.

BASICS

1. Term Balkan Union reffers to geographical location on which the alliance
is located in, and of whom is reason of co-operation such.

2. Balkan Union/alliance, was first created in 1912 in a war against Turks, after war ended alliance
crumbled and so did the Balkan nations did overtaken by foreign influence.

3. Balkan Union is to provide eceonomical, culturual and military co-operation between the nations in the Union

4. Goal of Balkan union is: Stability, peace, prosperity and strength of Balkans against foreign influencers.

5. Balkan Union is not IDEOLOGICAL based but GEOGRAPHICALLY and CUTLURALY based union, since Balkan nations all
share common culturure as well as territory, with idea of what was said at (4)

AGREEMENT
Balkan Union consists of all parties in union to agree on following:

1. Free military access agreement by all parties in the union

2. Free license production of equipment of all parties in the union with exception of selling licensed equipment of other parties

3. Defensive Pact of parties in the union

4. Customs union

5. Economic co-ordination and co-operation between union members

6. Cultural co-operation between union members.

7. Diplomatic consolidation of all parties in union

The following document has been made public by the government. In meantime talks are being held with Greece as Serbian Minister of Foreign affairs visited the country in the effort. Exceptation by public are high.

The 2nd Phase of Reformation Starts

Ministry of Reformation has stated that the planning has been finalized, and that country is ready to enter 2nd stage of reformation phase.

The 2nd phase includes as followed: Complete monetary reform and the Complete adoption of system of Bratstvas.

The adoption of new monetary system is said to be done first, due to its flexibility and that adoption of System of Bratsvas will be done afterwards, creating whole new unique economic system, as well as new environment for Serbian society.

Monetary reform will go by following:

1. Establishment of government led found of quottas.

2. Abolishment of banking and current monetary system

3. Calculation of total money held by citizens

4. Abolishment of money and equall replacment of total held money by citizens, but equally to each individual citizen.

4a. The Quottas wil come in form of digital money, and it will act as a "limit" of goods one can purchase, it cant be traded, when spent your limit is simply used.

5th. The reform will include nationalization of ALL companies and foreign companies will be given additional compensation to leave their assets to government. And economy will be planned until the reform of bratstvas is done.

Reform of Bratsvas as noted by Minister of Reformation Vojislav Seselj, includes following:

1. Regroupping of economic assets into 4 Bratsvas and setting up presidents for all 4 by the King.

2. Abolishment of Ministry of internal Affairs and ministry of Defense its replacment with 4 Bratsvas. All Brastvas will come under direct controll of government

3. Further micro-organizing of Bratsvas

4. Establishment of new government budget system based on system of quottas

5. Establishment of Bratstvas as indipendent bodies from government, but under its jurisdiction. Followed by abolition of planned economy system.

6. Democratic elections of presidents in each of the Bratstvas.

7. Establishment of Organizezd Economic System under the Bratsvas who cover whole working population and have their actions done indipendently or ordered by government, or free market economy.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
System of quottas
Is an abolishment of current monetary system. With communist analogy of equality. Alexandar II has noted that this government is in fact communism in a new light.
Value of Quotta is defined as Total Domestic Product/total citizens popuplation = value of 1 quotta.
Quotta is given to all citizens on daily basis. Quotta reprsen a limit of how much national product citizen can use. Quotta cant be traded and when something is purchased it doesnt act like money, but as an allowance - limit. 1 Quotta is given indipendnt from the fact if a indivdiual employed or not, or what is his job.
Quotta is not paper but digital, for sake of stopping any kind of "trade" of quottas. In meantime if citizens find it necesseart to trade between each other, it will must be done without money or any other equavilent that could use as money, but rather via direct trade of product for product.

System of Bratsvas
The budget of such economic system is done in selective manner. Budget spent on Bratstvas is necessesary for sake of its functioning. Budget is done in way of quottas, it tell how much of national product one bratsvo can use for sake of its functioning.
Quottas for Bratsvas dont go for indivdiual use, if done so, individual will be prosecuted.
Instead part of budget goes to individiual use. For example government daily gives 100 quottas, thereby value of 100 quottas is value of one day of avrage work.
60 quottas will be given to All the bratstvas in total(for sake of saving space we wont list all bratsvas and how quottas will be given to all bratsvas individually)
40 quottas will be given to citizens for individual use.
This 40 quottas will be given equally to all citizens.
Goal in such a system would be producing more and better products, cause then woth of individual quotta will increase, and individual could afford more.
