5 Billion Charged Twice

I recently completed this project with Argentina.

But according to the economy twice.

It should be just one base. Air & naval combined as one. Not separate bases for 5 billion each.

Just let me know as I am sure this can get sorted out easily.

Also Argentina was charged 5 billion as well, so this would be a 15 billion dollar base.

Apologies. I made a mistake. There was an additional 5 billion charge that I forgot about that has nothing to do with the two bases.

So, to sum up the aforementioned base's price was 5 billion for construction that Argentina and I were going to split. I guess we should have made that clearer by saying for example, Brazil would pay for the construction and upon completion Argentina would send Brazil its share of the construction costs.

There was just so much information, that i did not think there was enough room for the whole explanation.

Oh, also. I am looking at the economy now. I was charged 5 Billion twice on 3/19. Is that correct? Argentina was also charged 5 billion. I think this is for the joint base we constructed, but shouldn't we just be charged 2.5 billion a piece. And i just want to check if being charged twice is correct. Thanks.
