Hope you and your family are well. I have a great deal of respect for the legitimate State of Israel. It is a shame that there are some who do not recognize your state. We are a firm supporter of your people!
Anyway, these prices are a little too high. Is there any room for a reduced price for these surplus equipment? I would buy all.
A direct copy of the tender would be emailed to the Defense Ministries/Departments of the US, UK, Egypt, Brazil, Germany, Spain, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Sweden, Belgium, Switzerland, Mexico and last but not least Australia.
Swiss Ministry of Defence would privately and secretly notified to African Republic that prices are acceptable. African Republic would be told to privately transfer funds for offered products.
As Liberia would be purchasing all of the equipment, Israel would notify them that all the equipment is brand new out of the factory and has been kept in good conditions since. The following price adjustments would be made:
The Empire of Brazil would privately inform the African Government that no equipment can be offered as surplus at the current moment, but are open for more military deals in the future.
The Belgian Government would inform the Liberians that the armed forces of The Kingdom of Belgium have no surplus available but would be willing to provide ordinance for Liberia on Demand.
Egypt would privately reply that it has no current stock of surplus equipment. However it would offer to extend to the African Republic DPR for the Fahd vehicle group, to help set the foundations for its new army.
In response the Swedish Department of Defence privately informs the African Republic that they have no surplus equipment however may be willing to deploy personnel to ensure public order to be a temporary period of time.
The African Republic would privately informed that it will be granted as part of our regional cooperation efforts and will carry no costs. Egypt would also inform that it looks forward to establish formal and active bilateral diplomatic relations with the AR.
The Kingdom of Belgium shall allocate free of charge a shipment of 6,000 FN FALs, 24 FN MAGs, and 2,000 rounds between the items in question. We shall grant Liberia the right of accessing surplus free of charge where surplus stocks are sufficent, the arms are clean and provide a reasonable field of fire and good accuracy too! Consider this, a gesture of friendship with the new regime.
