On behalf of the Japanese Maritime Self Defence Force, the Japanese Defence Agency has put out a tender to purchase an Aircraft Carrier. With the additional information that Landing Platform Helicopters will be considered - if they can support VTOL aircraft. The notice would go out to every country.
