"Minister Kuzmuk, how are you? I am Juan Manuel Fangio, Minister of Defense of Argentina. First of all, thank you for taking my call so quickly. I promise I won't be taking too much time from you.
As you might have heard, Argentina is currently in the middle of a humanitarian operation to stabilize and help Zimbabwe recover from the Mugabe crisis. While we already have personnel and cargo on the ground, we are urgently looking o acquire some more appropiate cargo airlifters. Would Ukraine be able to produce and sell us 6 Antonov An-124 Ruslan with certain urgency? We need to have that air bridge se up quickly if we want to avoid the african nation from further falling apart."

“Unfortunately we are unable to taking orders for defense productions at this time. This is due to the legal disputes which have arisen. We are reviewing our cancelation and refund policies before accepting any future orders. This may take some time. However, please be aware that Ukraine is doing what it can to provide aid to Zaire, we are deeply sympathetic to their water needs, as it was not long ago that we ourselves were wanting for food.”
