Minister, On behalf of the Government and the People of the Argentine Republic, we would like congratulate your administrations entering into office andextend to it our most sincere good wishes. The Argentine Government has been following your recent announcements and future plans, which clearly show the serious intention to work on areas and ideas previous governments might have failed or relegated. In that context, we would like to formalize the argentine-iraqui bilateral relationship by opening up embassies in our respective capitals. With the appoitnment of an argentine ambassador in Baghdad, temporarily until the new capital is ready, we could more easily increase bilateral commerce, cultural exchange and also allow Argentina to more easily contribute to Iraq's economic growth and development through the Argentine Development and Cooperation Agency (ADCA).
