ArgenDef would be in charge of carrying out said auction. The following rules apply to the whole process. The bidding process starts with the publishing of this Notice and ends on the 31 of july (OOC time) at 23.59. Bids have to be done for whole product lots. The highest offer for each lot at the moment of the deadline is the winning offer and has 24h to transfer the funds. Should the winner fail to transfer the funds, without notice, the auctioned lot goes to the 2nd highest bidder.
