With a majority stake belonging to the Argentine State, it consolidates Argentine private and state-owned defense and research companies and assets engaged in the manufacture, design and sale of military and civilian, hardware. Its headquarters are in Rio Cuarto, Province of Cordoba. |
■ About Us History of ArgenDef The Argentine Defense Corporation, or ArgenDef has been created in early 2010 by the Government of Argentina in order to gather and coordinate all the productive and commercial efforts of the growing argentine military industry. Prior to the creation of ArgenDef, each national company was responsible for their own marketing, production and sale process of their own products, without any direct link to other companies. With the establishment of the Corporation, this new organization is now the sole one responsible for all marketing and commercial efforts, as well as coordinating the cooperation of its subsidiary companies in order to set a more efficient and integrated line of production. With improved components and technical assistance exchange between the subsidiaries, and not having to worry about marketing their products, each individual company can now focus on the production and development of their own products. Our Goal The goal of ArgenDef remains that of providing Argentina with a reliable, affordable and modern military hardware provider, guaranteeing its independence from the global weapons market when required, and also giving the Republic a solid source of income by offering high quality products to foreign nations and customers. ArgenDef is committed to be a real, affordable and efficient alternative in the international arms market, challenging the historical monopoly in certain areas by offering high-end military products previously not available to a wide range of nations and customers.
Therefore, and in order to provide the best possible service, to conduct business with ArgenDef, the customer has to establish an Sales Account.
There are two types of Sales Accounts available:

Financing/T&C
One of the objectives of ArgenDef is to provide an affordable and viable alternative to the traditional manufacturers worldwide, who not only impose difficulties with stricter export policies but also by handling higher prices tags, which directly restrict the options for smaller, growing nations.
Therefore, bearing in mind our ideals, ArgenDef provides a financing services for nations who require additional help in purchasing our products.
Depending on the Customer, ArgenDef provides financing for up to 50% of the total cost of the product order, having the remainer to be paid at the moment of the order placement.
This means for example that a nation can apply for a 40% financing, having to pay only half the cost of the total products at the moment of the order placement, while the remaining 60% will be covered by ArgenDef. The remaining amount is to be paid in small monthly installments with a reduced interest rate, which is determined by the nation’s economic situation and other political factors.
As result of this, a small nation can field modern, powerful equipment without having to put a heavy burden on its finances.
By accepting the ArgenDef financial support, the interested Party accepts an automatic repayment of all remaining funds in the case the contract should not be complied, and only after refinancing and contacting attempts.
Therefore, and in order to provide the best possible service, to conduct business with ArgenDef, the customer has to establish an Sales Account.
