Dear Minister,

My name is Lucia Rosa Muñoz the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Argentina. To begin with, Argentina offers their deepest sympathies for these terrorist attacks that had occurred in Canada and we condemn the barbatic attacks and we would like offer our support in any way we can during this time. As a nation who is neutral and away from both the North America and European atmosphere, we will can assist with any investigations if you would like to provide a neutral outcome.

In addition of contacting you, I would like to initiate bilateral relations between Argentina & Canada. As apart of our foreign policy, we are looking at improving relations with nations in North America region with Canada being on top of that list. This can begin with the opening of embassies and consulates, if required. However I understand with the tragic events in Canada, the government will have much on their plate and we can look at this once again further by Ambassadors or yourself visiting Argentina to enhance our relations further.

I thank you for your sympathies.

Most of the internal situation is far under control now, with the terrorists having been pushed out of Ottawa and all but destroyed. With that said, we have the security and time to begin opening diplomatic missions with your wonderful nation. We can offer Robert G. Clark as our Ambassador in Buenos Aires. In the past Canada has never had any consulates in Argentina, but if that is alright with your government we wish to change that. We would like to open two consulates in the following cities: Córdoba and Comodoro Rivadavia.
