Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey, Şafak Pavey would board a Qantas flight direct to Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport from Istanbul Airport whereas Turkish Ambassador to Australia, Baha Vefa Karatay would board a QantasLink flight from Canberra Airport to Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport where the two would meet up at the Four Seasons Sydney hotel which had been booked beforehand.

Swedish Ambassador to Australia Pär Ahlberger accepts the invitation, with many thanks to the hosts, and will attend both the ceremony and reception on behalf of the Swedish government. Apologies are sent to the Australian hosts however with a fractured relationship domestically the figureheads of government and the state are unable to attend on this occasion. The ambassador would make the journey to Sydney in which a hotel would be booked for the duration.

Linh Mach, the next State Minister of the Republic of Vietnam, would attend the ceremony and reception. Along with her would be her small entourage of two Ministry of State Security bodyguards, a personal assistant, and the Republic of Vietnam Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Mạch Việt An. Onboard a chartered aircraft, they would fly over to Sydney to meet with the delegates.

NUSHIP Kanimbla, NUSHIP Manoora, NUSHIP Canberra and NUSHIP Adelaide would all arrive at HMAS Kuttabul ready for their commissioning but the ceremony would not get underway until NUSHIP Australia was sent over from the First Choice dockyard in France.

At the Hotels that the Turkish, Swedish and Vietnamese delegations were staying, at least two New South Wales Police officers would stand guard in the hotel lobby. The Prime Minister would stay at Kirribilli House, the Prime Minister's residence in Sydney and next door, the Governor-General would be staying at her official residence in Sydney, Admiralty House. The Prime Minister and Governor-General would take strolls around the large jointly-used Kirribilli property. The Prime Minister would go out for morning jogs around Sydney Harbour, flanked by at least two AFP protective officers.

The Prime Minister would be sitting and reading a book at Kirribilli House overlooking the harbour. An advisor would come up to her.

"Ma'am... Linh Mach is in town."

"Ah... Christ. She was not invited, Heads of State and Heads of Government only. Unless she's managed to coup de'tat and I haven't been informed yet? I guess we might as well reserve her a chair at the ceremony, put her somewhere in the back please so I don't have to interact with her. Make sure Penny doesn't find out either, I'm pretty sure she's back at her house in Adelaide and hopefully she stays there. Say, who is the highest ranking official who has arrived already?"

"The Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey."

"Well.... that's disappointing. I guess I should have him over then. Ring his hotel and tell them to leave a note to invite him over please."

The advisor would ring the Four Seasons Hotel.

"Yes Hello, I'm from the Prime Minister's office, could you please let a Mr. Safak Pavey that the Prime Minister is inviting him over for tea at Kirribilli House this afternoon. Thank you."

With that, a hotel staff member would ring up Mr. Pavey's hotel room from the internal telephone.

"Mr. Pavey, I have a message for you from the Prime Minister's office. You have been invited to tea at Kirribilli House this afternoon. Lucky you..."

Şafak Pavey would be extremely annoyed that the Four Seasons hotel had called her a male but after reading through several documents, she got changed into a smart shirt and trousers before making her way to Kirribilli House via an Uber. She took the opportunity in the ride to look through social media before arriving at the residence.

Once at the resident, she passed through the necessary checkpoints and presented her passport to one of the security guards for verification that she had been invited.

"Uh, yes. I have a meeting with the Prime Minister. I'm Deputy Prime Minister Pavey of Turkey."

The AFP officer at the guard house would take a look at her passport.

"Ah sure, we're expecting you. You can walk from here. This car can't come in." He would say, as the distance from the gate to the house would be all of 5 metres. He would open the gate to let the Deputy Prime Minister in, but wouldn't lower the bollards for the car. He would shut the gate behind her, locking it. He would escort her to the front door, pressing the button.

"Yes?" The Prime Minister would answer the telecom.

"Mrs. Pavey is here."

"Ah good, give me a tick."

She would walk down from upstairs and would head to the front door.

"Mrs. Pavey, lovely to see you. Welcome to Sydney." She would shake her hand and go in for a kiss on both cheeks. The AFP officer would head back to the guard house.

"Please come in." She would start showing her around Kirribilli House. They would go past a portrait of Former Prime Minister John Howard.

"He's a cunt."

The Deputy Prime Minister smiled as she met with the Australian Prime Minister. She didn't understand much English but she was able to keep her ground without a translator.

"Lovely to uh-.. meet you Prime Minister."

She spoke in a thick Turkish accent as she smiled looking around the residence.

"Liberal..... Bastard...."

She coughed, taking more of the artifacts in as she followed the Prime Minister.

"Please right this way." They would go upstairs to the reading room/lounge room up there.

"Look at that view.." She would look out the upstairs window across Sydney Harbour. The Opera House and Bridge would both be in sight as well as the CBD. They would also get a good view of HMAS Kuttabul.

"You can see, Canberra, Adelaide, Manoora and Kanimbla are all moored there ready for the ceremony. We're still waiting on the Aircraft Carrier to arrive from France. Next to them we have a couple of Hobart-class destroyers and four Anzac-class frigates." She would be pointing.

"That's our largest naval base that one and it forms the main part of Fleet Base East, the rest are scattered around the harbour, so somewhere behind us in Neutral Bay is HMAS Platypus, that's where the Submarines are and uhhh over there on the other side of the bridge is HMAS Waterhen." She would point.

"A few Mine Warfare ships and Clearance Divers based there."

She would then point out the east window.

"HMAS Watson is over there at the head of the harbour, mainly a training base and HMAS Penguin is over there." She would point to the north shore out the east window. "Mainly a naval hospital and training base."

"Please take a seat." A butler would grab a pot of Australian Afternoon Tea.

The Deputy Prime Minister took in the sights of the naval bases and the ships docked. She also listened to the detailed descriptions from the Prime Minister.

"Looks very nice, indeed.""

She turned around and sat down in one of the plush chairs as she watched the movements of the butler.

"I haven't been treated like this before."

"So tell me, what is this new Turkish Government like? Is Erdogan going to behave himself or is he going to be a very naughty boy?"

A letter would be received from the Australian Government about a certain Commissioning Ceremony. Word would be put out to the Royal Assembly to speak of the matter, and it had just been announced that Portugal would be attending. The Prime Minister, weeks after his delegation in Spain would be called upon again to represent the nation to Australia. The Ambassador to Australia would also be notified of the event and would be given approval to join and represent the country for the meantime.

A letter confirming the arrival of the Portuguese delegation would be sent, along with an apology for such a late reply.

Meanwhile back in the Prime Minister's residence in Libson, it was 11 in the evening. Shops were closing and the streets were empty, except of course for the few brave souls who were still working near start of the Graveyard shift. The Prime Minister had just arrived from a hectic day at the Assembly, and was busy with other matters. He had been given the whole afternoon as a 'rest period' to have time with his family. He had just finished an evening snack with the kids and was getting ready to go to bed.

Suddenly, a knock on his front door was heard, and his dogs were creating quite a ruckus. Alfredo, the Prime Minister's assistant was wide awake, delivering a letter from the Assembly for the Prime Minister. He had been a good friend to the man and his family, although it was unusual for him to enter unannounced.

"What the hell is this?" The Prime Minister woke up in cold sweat. "I swear to Go-" He stopped, looking at his wife who was sound asleep.

He made his way to the front door, still in his bed clothes. He opened the door and was surprised to see the young man.

"Alfredo?"

"Sir it's an 'important' event. The Royal Assembly urges you to go ahead and represent the country. In the meantime, the ambassador would be representing the country as they wait for your arrival."

"Ah well, nothing I can't do for Portugal. Contact the staff, and tell them to pack their luggage, we'll leave shortly after lunch tomorrow."

"Right away sir."

"Tomorrow morning, bring me my usual coffee Alfredo, treat yourself as well."

The young man quickly went to the black car waiting outside and drove off to his home to prepare for tomorrow.

In Portugal's General Consulate in Sydney, an encrypted and private email had just arrived from the Portuguese Royal Assembly. The Ambassador would swiftly take note of this and would prepare himself to perform his duty in Australia. He would be accompanied with a few of the staff and would contact the Australian Government on Portugal's willingness to participate.

The Prime Minister would get a text.

"Hmm. Appears the Portuguese Prime Minister is coming. How nice of him." The Prime Minister would say to the Turkish Deputy Prime Minister. She would take another sip.

Meanwhile the ceremony would be getting set up, the Chief of Navy would get word that NUSHIP Australia has still not been sent from FCI Dockyards in France and would begin getting a little frustrated as the vessel was estimate to have been done by now. Certainly, some teething problems may have caused this as it was the first aircraft carrier FCI has embarked on constructing. A seat would be reserved for the Prime Minister of Portugal.

The Portuguese Government was let known that security at Sydney Airport would be tight and that members of the Australian Federal Police would be on the ground to protect the Prime Minister along with his plane. BMW 7 Series vehicles from COMCAR would be lent out for use by the Portuguese Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister's meeting with the Non-English speaking Turkish Deputy PM was going sour. She would text Linh Mach.

"Yo, u up? Wanna go out tonight. Pres at mine."

The Prime Minister would begin setting up Kirribilli House to have a house party. A text message would be sent to all the leaders/ambassadors currently in Sydney for the ceremony. She would begin pulling out the red college cups. Some members of the Australian cabinet in Sydney would be invited as well, including Clare O'Neill the Minister for Defence, Anthony Albanese the Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, Linda Burney the Minister for Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs, Michelle Rowland the Minister for Broadband and Communications and Penny Wong the Minister for Foreign Affairs.

Anthony "DJ Albo" Albanese would get on the deck of the turn tables to drop some sick beats.

DJ Albo would keep dropping the phreshest beats

"QUICKLY GET DOWN HERE ITS THE NUTBUSH"

Suddenly all these Australian cabinet members would get into a line dance similar to the "madison", the foreigners would be confused to say the least, as this was an Australian tradition instilled from primary school.

Pär throws his jacket on as he waltz out the hotel bathroom following a quick ‘spruce’ before making his way to the house party. Suddenly the need to alcohol becomes apparent and his eyes very quickly dart to the hotel bar from which he grabs a bottle of vodka and makes his way downstairs. Following a short journey he strolls swiftly into Kirribilli House with the bottle tightly gripped in his right hand, having immediately noticed the Australians dancing he begins to bop his head and bring his arms tightly to his waistline, the feet start moving and with closed fists he raises them one after the other. Now firmly into a dad dance he smiles to guests in the room and explores...

DJ Albo would continue dropping the beats from Sydney locals, INXS. Night would begin to fall over Sydney. The Harbour would light up with a glistening glow and the iconic picturesque scene.

"Let's hit the clubs then!!!" The Prime Minister would exclaim. The Prime Minister would lead the pack through the Kirribilli neighbourhood to Kirribilli Wharf ferry station to take the F5 Ferry to Circular Quay. Several members of the AFP protective team would board the ferry as well and follow the Prime Minister and her guests around the place. They would cross the Harbour seeing in full view the Opera House, the Bridge and there would be a flurry of activity from boats on the harbour. HMAS Canberra and HMAS Adelaide would be towering over HMAS Kuttabul base as well.

Once they arrived to Circular Quay they would take a short walk to Circular Quay train station. The Prime Minister would look at the map.

"Fucking stupid system. So to get to Kings Cross, which is where the good shit is, we have to get on the T4 but we need to get the next train to go down to St. James first and then walk to Martin Place and take the T4 from there."

As per usual with Sydney's exorbitant train tickets, the price for the fare would be $18.50. They would head up onto the platform up the escalators as it was elevated. The next train would arrive, a T8 bound for Macarthur. The announcement would be read across the PA.

"The train on Platform 2 goes to Macarthur via Airport. First stop St. James, then Museum, Central, Green Square, Mascot, Domestic Airport, International Airport, Wolli Creek, Turrella, Bardwell Park, Bexley North, Kingsgrove, Beverly Hills, Narwee, Riverwood, Revesby, Panania, East Hills, Holsworthy, Glenfield, Macquarie Fields, Ingleburn, Minto, Leumeah, Campbelltown and Macarthur." Guards would be directing the flow of passengers on the platform and looking outside the train. The AFP officers would board the train as well.

They would arrive at St. James, walking out and towards Martin Place to catch the train from there. People would recognise the Prime Minister and the Ministers and take pictures of them, she would be waving. They would board the T4 train.

"The train on Platform 1 goes to Bondi Junction. First stop Kings Cross, then Edgecliff and Bondi Junction."

They would board that train and get off at Kings Cross, they would head down Darlinghurst Road. The Prime Minister would spot a McDonald's.

"Fuck let's get some Maccas." The Prime Minister would lead the way in. The AFP officers would stay close and tight.

"Yeah hi, can I get a large quarter pounder meal thanks, with extra cheese. And uhh... Fanta for the drink thanks."

"Aren't you the Prime Minister?" The innocent Maccas worker would ask.

"Oh dear me, no, I'm Tanya Plibersek!"

They would look concerned looking at her.

"Okay.... Mrs. Plibersek. Your order number is 420."

"AYYYYYY!!!!!" She would say to the McDonalds workers and then show all her guests. Albo would notice it and go "Fuck I could go for a cone right now."

The Prime Minister would let the other guests order their meals.
