MINISTER FOR DEFENCE |
SECURITY CLASSIFICATION: SECRET (Encrypted) |
16 September 2000 |
Dear Secretary Hultqvist, We were wondering if it was possible that Sweden, as a World Power, would be able to produce 48 NH90 Tactical Transport Helicopters for the Australian Defence Force, 12 for the Royal Australian Navy and 36 for the Australian Army to replace our ageing fleet of Blackhawk and Sea King helicopters. Kind Regards, Senator John Faulkner. |
