PRIVATE AND SECURITY CLASSIFIED (ENCRYPTED) INFORMATION, HARSH PENALTIES APPLY FOR LEAKING SECURITY CLASSIFICATION: TOP SECRET |
John Duc Ngo President of the Republic of Vietnam Presidential Palace, 2 Hung Vuong Road, Ngoc Ho, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam 118708 |
Dear Mr. Ngo, Now that things have begun to settle down again and the region has gone back to relative peace, I am proposing a high-level state visit for yourself to visit Australia, first to attend the upcoming commissioning ceremony in Sydney and then to be followed up with a series of meetings and formalities in Canberra. This would be a wonderful chance for us to move past that disastrous meeting that was leaked and to have talks just between ourselves, no irresponsible Minister's of mine or yours. This would be a wonderful opportunity to strengthen our relationship and discuss numerous areas were we can cooperate on trade, investment and defence. I hope to hear from you shortly. Yours Sincerely, The Hon. Tanya Plibersek MP Prime Minister of Australia 2 March 2014 |
