Polling stations closed their doors as expected this afternoon throughout Belgium as the referendum for the purposed constitution reached came to an end after nearly 10 very tense days of voting. It appears as though the results are tied with 50% of the country supporting the enactment of the constitution as the binding law of the land while another 50% of the country opposing the contents within the constitution.

At the local level, out of 4,000 Soviets at least 4,350 voiced their willingness to update their charters and civic laws to reflect their alliegence to the revolutionary social order with the remainder 1,350 either prefering a more moderate document and remarkably fewer an outright return to the monarchy.

The People's Transitional Administration has decided to pass the process of decision making unto the communities after which the Supreme Soviet shall meet in Brussels to discuss future considerations.
