In light of Norway's decision to discontinue diplomatic bilateral relations, The Foreign Ministry has authorized the recall of its personnel from the Norwegian capital Oslo and the severing of all ties with The Kingdom of Norway to take effect within 42 hours time.
Norwegian Expats and Nationals would be advised to begin making their way to the nearest airport with their families and personal belongings intact, nothing shall be done to harm them nor shall anything be done to provoke them. Those wishing to stay behind on Belgian soil are welcomed to do so without hinderance and shall be given the same basic rights as their Belgian counterparts in everything but the political process. Criminal elements & Provocatuers shall be deported if caught engaging in pursuits unbecoming.
The staff of the embassy in Oslo would wipe their hard drives, burn important files, and shred the rest accordingly so as to avoid aiding Norwegian security.
