[Bosnia-Herzegovina] message to Red China

To The President of The People's Republic of China

The Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina has decided to deny diplomatic recognition to the current regime in Peiking on the grounds that said regime has done little to gurantee the rights and liberties of its Moslem citizens. Until there is a change in policy on the part of the current regime, The Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina has no choice but to withold any recognition of the current regime and shall see to it that members of the Chinese communist party are barred from entry into the country. Furthermore, The Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina shall bar entry to all holders of a Peoples Republic oriented passport with the exception of those citizens of Moslem Faith or residents of Hong Kong and Macau.

Despite the change in administration some officials were still tracking old e-mail addresses. The message sent to the obsolete e-mail address was received by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and eventually ended up on the "desk" of an official befitting the diplomatic level

Subj: Refusal of recognition

To whomever it may concern,

It is good that you do not recognize the People's Republic of China as that state has transformed into Tiāncháo Diguo. As for the treatment of citizens of the Islamic faith in the Celestial Empire. First of all, the Celestial government does not appreciate attempts by foreign actors to interfere in the internal affairs of the state. Likewise we do not interfere in the internal affairs of your state. Secondly, Her Imperial Majesty has ordered all Uyghur citizens that have been imprisoned unreasonably a full release and compensation for the time lost. Under the new constitution furthermore the right to practice a religion freely is guaranteed as well as a right to religious education. What the Celestial Empire will not tolerate is a violation of secular principles of state, but this counts for every religion within the Empire. If citizens of Islamic faith were so mistreated by the current government I must wonder why 95% of them supported the current transition.

As a final note, the Celestial Empire does not put religion on its passports, in line with the freedom of religion.

The Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina sincerely apologizes for any misunderstanding or dobious accusations levied upon the current regime and shall see to it that the refusal to recognize the new regime in question be rescinded along with the barring of individuals in poscession of Chinese passport. We humbly extend our appreciation for the changes made and will try to avoid any unwarranted interference in the internal affairs of China.
