Although a diverse nation, Brazil also has its fair share of Extremist Groups, some of them powerful cartels, One of these Cartels were the "88-U"

After being contacted by the "NPoC", The group waited in the docks, armed guards watching various points of interests of the Area, inside of one of the buildings of the docks sat the leader of the entire operation, eating a Pizza while he awaited the arrival of his soon to be Canadian friends, behind his seat, were a large group of boxes covered by a large cloth.

Maxwell Clarke, the second-in-command of the Maroon Shirts' Commander, Maverick Smith was tasked with flying to Brazil to speak with a group by the name of "88-U". They were supposedly an extremist group who focused on drug trafficking and weapon smuggling. It was Smith's hope that a deal could be brokered between the Maroon Shirts and the 88-U for them to arm the paramilitary with prohibited firearms in Canada and firearms that would not be able to be tracked back to the Maroon Shirts and the Nationalist Party of Canada. The plane, a private NPoC Dash 8 Q100, would fly off from the Toronto International Airport refueling at the Dallas Love Field Airport, Philip SW Goldson International Airport, the Jose Maria Cordova International Airport, the Manaus AM Eduardo International Airport, and the International Airport of Brasilia before finally arriving at the Tom Jobim International Airport in Rio.

Smith had contacted a security company to escort Clarke from the airport to the meeting place with the 88-U at the docks. The three SUVs would drive from the airport down to the docks, reaching the place at around one in the morning. Disembarking, the hired security would stay behind as Clarke was patted down and escorted to the contact. "Good morning," Clarke would say to the 88-U Leader, "It's been a long journey to get here so I apologize if I ask that we cut to the chase. My people require firearms; assault rifles and precision rifles. We need them smuggled into Canada, through Montreal. We require five-thousand and four hundred assault rifles alongside six hundred precision rifles. Can you provide this?"

The Leader looked up from his table, taking a bite of his pizza "Good Morning Mr Clarke, Straight to the point eh?" The man spoke with an apparent Accent "We can do just that, We have the weapons in question ready to be provided. But the real question is if you have the money for it?"

The Leader of the group sat back, crossing his arms as he finished his food.

Clarke would sigh at the criminal's comment. "Do you really think I traveled nearly twenty-four hours down to this backwater port so I could tell you: 'Sorry, I don't have the money'?" The man would approach the table. "Go ahead and show me that this trip of mine wasn't a waste of time. Assault and precision rifles, show me that you have them and that you can get your hands on the numbers that I need and I'll make sure you get the money."
