"Mister, Prime Minister, thanks for calling so quickly. I am doing well. I also have been informed that they stevedores at the port of Fortezela are working overtime on getting your order of ethanol fuel, iron ore and crude petroleum.

I would like to talk to more about ethanol fuel. Ethanol fueled cars reduce carbon emissions by upwards of 90%. We do not have the capacity to build automobiles on a large scale like Japan does.

(Hybrid FFV) that Toyota is developing. The Hybrid FFV is based on the Prius. But I would like you to also accompany Uchiyamada as I would like to negotiate the price of construction the factory or factories. And the other logistics of the proposed projects.

We have several large projects in mind like a two towered 50 story shopping mall, hotel and residence building, a 75 floor Business and Economic Center that will serve as the headquarters of every major Brazilian and International Company as well as international banks that will also include a shopping mall, hotel and residence, and most importantly....

I want to destroy our Favelas, and replace them with 12-15 story modern high-rises for the nearly 1 million residents of the Favela's. A 15 story high- rise with 4, 25 meter square apartments per floor equals around 400-500 residents per building. So we are looking at two thousand units of these type of structures.

Perhaps we could also meet with some architects and urban planners from the Sumitomo Fudosan real estate firm who could help us plan both our new city Business and Economic center but the rebirth of the of the Favela neighborhoods.

Additionally, we would like to lower the unemployment rate in the Favela areas but allowing them to do the manual labor on the construction of both the the proposed Toyata plant, but also training for working in the plant once it is constructed and for the construction of the proposed Favela replacements, the Business and Economic Center and the Center and the Enbraer City Center Plaza (Two-Towered Mall Complex.)
