Your Excellency,

I write with genuine warmth from Brasília. Brazil and Poland are not strangers to one another: our countries have long been connected through people, ideas, and a quiet admiration for each other’s resilience. There is a Polish community in Brazil that has helped weave our societies together; it is natural that we now give this relationship a clear diplomatic and economic shape.

Brazil is ready to exchange resident Ambassadors and to open a secure, day-to-day line between our Ministries so we can speak frankly and move quickly. My hope would be to hold a first conversation in June to sketch a simple, working roadmap, nothing grandiose, just a few decisive steps we can deliver.

On the economic side, we would like to grow trade in both directions and remove small frictions that slow down otherwise natural business. Our companies are eager to meet, compare standards, and find room for joint projects in manufacturing and services. If you agree, our teams can begin a short exchange on priority sectors and the practical customs facilitation that would help them most.

In parallel, Brazil is building up its armed forces and would like to explore the acquisition of selected Polish vehicles and equipment. We are open to government-to-government or direct commercial arrangements, and, where it makes sense, licensed production or assembly in Brazil with appropriate assurances. What we need first is a conversation about availability and indicative terms, so that we can align expectations and move to purchase orders without delay.
