Dear Minister Nickel, I am writing this email to hopefully be able to acquire some equipment from yourselves. Although Canada and Germany haven't had much formal relations in the past, we are hoping that securing the required pieces of equipment from yourselves can open a path to further relations between Germany and Canada. Attached is a document outlining the equipment that we feel will suit the needs for the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) and hopefully we can come to some sort of agreement.
