"Dear CEO of Ziron Insurance,

I'm from the Civil Aviation Safety Authority, apart of the Australian Government's Department of Infrastructure and Transport. We regulate all air traffic in Australian airspace and also regulate flights to and from Australia. As apart of our regulations for International Airlines there is a level of insurance which is required to be held by the airlines. We have a law which states there must be strict Carrier's Liability Insurance which is in accordance with the regulatory framework to ensure compensation will be paid in respect of death or personal injury suffered by passengers on aircraft. We also have a law requiring some level of Third Party Liability Insurance for compensating third parties on the ground suffering death, injury or damage from aircraft within our jurisdiction along with war risk insurance and cargo and baggage liability. For the last 3 insurance requirements, it is a commercial decision of airlines to decide what level of insurance cover should be held and we will assess whether it's appropriate. For Carrier's Liability Insurance it has to be in accordance with the strict compliance. We're offering you an opportunity to grow your business by offering your organisation to be the main provider of our Carrier's Liability Insurance along with creating a range of Third Party Liability, War Risk and Cargo and Baggage Liability insurance policies for airlines wishing to operate into Australia.

Sincerely,
Shane Carmody,
Director-General of Aviation Safety."

Ziron Insurance
Protecting Your Future

Dear Shane Carmody, Director-General of Aviation Safety,

Thank you for contacting Ziron Insurance. We are in great appreciation for you reaching out, but also your consideration for utilizing Ziron Insurance as an option for Australia. At this moment in time, there are four packages but are often related to business or national-scales. However, we are happy to open a more personal branch that will offer Third Party Liability, War Risk and Cargo as well as Baggage Liability Insurance Policies. With this a new venture for Ziron Insurance itself, the proposed rates would include:

Carrier Liability Insurance: $25mn annually (200mn repayment)
Third Party Liability: $10mn annually (110mn repayment)
Cargo and Baggae Liability: $50mn annually (500mn repayment)
War Risk Liability: $75mn annually (1bn repayment)

If you could please let us know the thoughts on this, we are very happy to negotiate to suit what you would consider ideal and work in support of Australia.

Kind Regards,
Ziron Insurance CEO,
Zoey Brook"

"Dear Mrs. Brook,

These rates seem reasonable and we hope it isn't enough to deter airlines from choosing to fly to Australia. Though we would like to see a range of products be produced for the Third Party (Property) Liability, Cargo and Baggage Liability and War Risk Liability, similar to Bronze, Silver and Gold with differing premiums. This would mean differing amounts of maximum pay outs offered by Ziron. This will allow those airlines to have more flexibility, as we will accept any level of that insurance as long as they have it. They only have the one choice with Carrier Liability (Third Party Bodily) and that has to be absolutely comprehensive. The airlines can choose a range of policies for the other insurances but they need to understand if the payout isn't enough then they will have to foot the bill for any compensation that is determined in an Australian court. If they don't comply we would consider taking them to the ICJ to enforce that they pay the compensation to their customers or damage they cause to other partys.

Sincerely,
Shane Carmody,
Director-General of Aviation Safety."
