Whenever there is a roleplay conflict in MN (which happens a LOT during armed conflicts), moderators or admins step in and make verdicts to resolve the conflict. Oftentimes, this is necessary due to the circumstances being outside of those described in the existing ruleset. For the sake of consistency, it would make sense for us to include a new thread in the Rules section of the forum, including all of these decisions so that they can be referenced later on. Consider it almost a long-term "Rules Q&A."
And it does not necessarily need to be limited to specific instances inside of role play; for example, I currently have a ticket in for a rules clarification on how radar systems operate. Are they considered always on, or only when deployed, or only when stated to be on? And which systems does this apply to? Whatever the response to this ticket, only I will be able to see it. If this new thread was created, that ruling could be published there for everyone's future reference.
I think this could help clarify some rule confusion over time, especially for niche situations not already covered in the existing rules, and would bring more consistency and transparency into conflict resolution on the forum.
