First of all, it is my sincere hope that this message finds you in good health. As you may be aware sometime ago the Celestial Empire has shaken off its chains of tyranny under the so called Communist Party. In the years since we have steadily worked to remove the disease of communism from as much of our institutions as possible and create the conditions for a free and stable Chinese state. The Korean Empire has in many ways served as an example for us in these efforts. It is with strong admiration and respect that we have witnessed your integration of the economically decimated North and the work you have done since to integrate this region. Especially in light of the more than impressive achievement to integrate the people of the North socially after literal decades of brainwashing into believing that the deposed Kim's were deities. While e have not needed to go this far, even in China the mind control of the Communists has run deep and your example has worked greatly at inspiring our deprogramming efforts.
As we believe there are strong similarities between the Korean Empire and the Celestial Empire on philosophical, ideological and practival levels, as well as strong mutual economic dependence historically between Chinese and Korean states, we would like to propose a meeting between myself and a senior official in the Korean government. At such a meeting we would like to discuss the following topics, however more may of course be added should you miss any important topic.

- Cultural exchanges and the enabling of easier travel for tourism or business, for example through a visa waiver program or 90 day visa upon arrival/eVISA.
- Establishment of economic cooperation and the creation of a trade agreement.
- Direct investments into northern Korea to encourage the economic development of former North Koreans and further enable their integration into the greater Korean identity.
- The security situation of East Asia and possible cooperation in the areas of counterterrorism, anti-piracy, and other matters of a military nature.
- An official state visit by the Korean Emperor to Beijing and/or Her Celestial Majesty to Seoul to celebrate the historic ties between the House of Yi and the Ming dynasty.
