Dear Minister Lapid,

Greetings Minister Lapid in the behalf of the CCP and Chairman Hu, it is an great honor to establish communications between our new government and yours. As you already know Israel has been a recent military buyer of Chinese Equipment which was sold for the basic means of Self Defense against Turkey but now it seems as though there have been some recent developments that have caught the attention of the Standing committee and the President. The recent Israeli Intervention and statements are worrisome but we first would like to clarify in order to make sure there is not some type of misunderstanding regarding the actions of Israel. Could you please clarify if the State of Israel plans to make any sort of strategic incursion into Palestinian Territory? China is an neutral party in the conflict but it would benefit us greatly if we could begin any sort of private evacuations of embassy staff in Palestine if a conflict is going to break out. Again, given our history we will remain a neutral party in the conflict and this is purely for the sake of the safety of Chinese.

Dear Tang Jiaxuan,

The State of Israel can now announce that it has commenced a military operation in the West Bank, we cannot confirm specific details to the operation but this operation is a temporary operation to improve the security across the West Bank due to intelligence gathering in communities which has been deemed by Israeli intelligence services as a severe risk to the internal security of Israel. We are seeking to arrest and disable and disarm organisations we and the international community deem as terrorist organisations.

We are also seeking to cooperate with the Palestinian Government to transform and reform public services across the region which will benefit communities for many years to come, this will come after the State of Israel has deemed that no organisations are able to inflict verbal or physical teror on any Jewish civilians. I would like to invite you to Israel for talks between our two countries as we seek to develop our relationship with China which will benefit our countries for many years ahead.

Dear Minister Lapid,

Thank you for your swift response Minister, I will accept your invitation and will send a delegation to Jerusalem where we can speak of bilateral relations and the developments in the West Bank. China is a open nation and it will be a great honor for Israel to be the first foreign visit of the new Administration where we can see our recently sold military hardware in action along with Israel’s plans to make a new more peaceful Israel.
