Singapore sits on what we consider the centre of the Asian World, it is one of the reasons China seeks to bolster its relationship with Singapore, to this end, we would like to open our relations with a Free Trade Agreement and a Cooperation Protocol, in order to increase our relations.

We would also, if you agree, after this proposal, plan out a possible visit to your nation, to further our relations even more, this of course if you accept such proposal.
