Chairman of the Transitional Military Council

@KangNa

Greetings, Mr.Burhan

We would like to welcome Sudan to the international stage. Sudan as a grand history, and China wishes to build very strong bilateral relations with your Nation, as such we would like to open a Free trade Agreement with your nation, along with Cooperation Protocol between our nations.

We also know about the current situation of your nation, but China will refrain from commenting or intervening on it, but we value that Sudan is opening it self to the world.

Yours faithfully
Tong Baorui
President of the United Republic of China

To: President Tong Baorui, United Republic of China

From: Chairman and acting President Abdel Fattah al-Burhan

Subject: Diplomatic Relations

Dear President Tong,

I would like to thank you for your warm introduction. We are very pleased to receive communications from China, and to hear of your willingness to construct a strong relationship with Sudan.

Your proposals will certainly be a step closer to forming a close relationship. The idea of a Free Trade Agreement between Sudan and China is promising, therefore I shall agree to this proposal. The Cooperation Protocol proposal, however, is rather vague in what it entails; I must asked for further details, such as what it includes/excludes, before I can consider this.

We do very much appreciate your guarantee that China will not become involved in the complex internal situation within Sudan. The current political and economic status is volatile and foreign interference will only worsen conditions ,not just in Sudan but across the region. Despite this, if everything goes to plan, our country will soon be able to reach new heights and achieve its potential, something that was limited under the former dictatorship.

Regards,

Abdel Fattah al-Burhan
Chairman and acting President of the Republic of the Sudan
