Greetings,

As it is known, the United Republic of China, as passed a period of internal turmoil, with the take down of the Communist Regime that was in force for over 50 years in China.​

As the newly elected President of the United Republic of China, I wish to reaffirm the strong commitment of China towards the Confederation of Independent States, which is still and will be for may years to come, one of our core pillars in our foreign policy. Many of the Chinese People still feel that the CIS is a great initiative and idea, that China needs to participate in and time help it, in its own goals and objectives.​

In short, the Confederation of Independent States can still count on China's full support and commitment, even after the democratization of our nation.​
