"For decades, since the oppression of Mao, the Chinese people lived in fear, lived in poverty and with no freedom to call their own. A nations history profaned by years of communism and dictatorial rule. Laws which served the higher ups and squashed the people. Is this what security means? To live under the foot of oppression? To live out our days as cattle and slaves to our masters, ignorant of what happens outside and inside our nation and the world? To see our sons,daughters, mothers and fathers, taken away for going against the regime!?

This cannot, and will not continue. We shall not live in fear anymore! As long as the Chinese people breath, think and act. China will be freed from those who seek to destroy it. From those who seek to control it.. from those who seek to neuter its people minds and souls. I ask the people of China, if you truly love your nation and your family and all the beauty of freedom and democracy. I ask you stand against your oppressors, fight for your freedom and your life!

Free China!"

Million have amassed themselves in the various cities of China, giving support to the Chinese Liberation Movement, the Military Police along side the Military have taken hold of various News Outlets and TV station, including the notorious People's Daily, renamed now the Daily Republic. Alongside the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of National Defense, Ministry of State Security, Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Public Security.

President Xi fearing for his life work and his own life as taken refuge in the President Residence, along side his supporters. Some of the Military which support Xi, are also present, securing the building grounds.

In Shanghai, theres about to be a clash between the Military Police and the Civilian Police, the latter being in support of the Xi Presidency. The Nanjing Road as been secured by the Civilian Police, and blockaded by them with police cars and other types of blockades. The Military Police as asked the civilians in the area to disperse in order to protect their life, to which some as refused and are standing with the Military Police against the Civilian Police. No fight as yet started.

In Beijing, various minor ministries continue to be taken over, by the Military and the Military Police, with some ministers also being arrested if they do not support the new movement. So High Level Officials in the nation are also being arrested and anyone who has colluded with the Communist Party also arrested.

Meanwhile a group of Officers from the Military Police, alongside a few Soldiers from the Army, are gathering up the Military Transport Trucks, and moving towards the Main Chinese Prisons, to release all political prisoners and people who were arrested for going against the Communist Party and the Regime.

In Shanghai, both forces would approach each other, one bearing the new Democratic Flag of China, the other, armed with guns behind police cars with guns. The Democratic side, was armed, yet they had their weapons holstered or behind their backs. They would approach the gun line, chanting peace and freedom. One of the officials would step forwards from the line of Military Officers and Civilians.

"My friends, put your guns down, you fight for a side which as tortured, killed, imprisoned your brothers and sister. But I do understand your position and your loyalty. But is it not Loyalty that bounds us all? Loyalty to China and its people? Are you ready to fire on us and on these brave Chinese? Which only seek freedom? When was the last time you could get out of your home without having the State breath down on your neck? When was the last time you could speak your mind about what was wrong and what was right? How many of your friend and family have been taken away? My friends, you might dislike or like a capitalism state... you might dislike or like a communist state.. but I'm sure you all dislike the current state of affairs of our motherland....if you want to live free from oppression, lay down your arms. But if you so choose to follow your orders... then we will have to spill blood for each side. Its your call."

Silence fell between both sides...and the tension was getting hotter.

The group that was sent to release the political prisoners and other people who spoke against the Communist party, were successful in their objective, many were elated to be released into the world again, many of them were notoriously malnourished and beaten up, which shooked the group belonging to the CLM. But there were more to release, especially in the internment camps and prisons.

In Beijing, after arrested people colluding with the Communist Party and the government, alongside releasing anyone who went against it, a large force of Military Soldiers and Military Police would start to gather up and move towards the Presidential Palace, with them they would bring 2x ZTZ 99A, 2x ZBL-08, 13 x ZSL-92, 13 x Type 89, 30x AW MV3 carrying 300 Soldiers (10 in each). For Support they would have 2 x CAIC WZ-10 and 2 x Changhe Z-18 (54 Soldiers), meanwhile the navy would have sent 2 x Type 055 destroyers to stand guard outside of Beijing, in the sea as a intimidation tactic against the Government. They would start to make their small journey towards the Presidential Residence.

In Shanghai, the main officer of the force, after hearing the the Military Office on the other side, speaking to him not as a enemy, but as a friend and a true patriot of the nation, would step forward slowly, putting his gun in his socket. He would stand in front of the Office, look him up and down.

"Any man, can shoot a gun against another man, but only a true patriot walks towards his fellow countryman unarmed.." He would salute. "I'll gladly support your movement and a new china." He would turn around and ask his men to follow him, if not to return to the barracks as they would not be arrest for their loyalty. Most of the force would join the revolutionaries, some however would return to the barracks after relinquishing their guns. Lifes were saved that moment.

In Beijing, the military column would arrive, the armoured vehicles in front of the Resident, pointing towards the building, while the Soldiers would stay behind them, a military officer would step forwards, towards the few military soldiers guarding the palace, there was not more than 20, against a whole revolutionary column. Most of them would start looking at each other, and the machines barring down on them. The Military Officer would only say.

"Stand down my friend, today we wish no bloodshed! Stop protecting the one who took advantage of our nation!"

Even if they didn't think words weren't enough, they would think that having a line with nozzles pointing towards them would make a compelling argument. Most of them were young boys, no older than 26, and they would all abandon their posts and join the column, fully knowing that defending the impossible would be suicide.

The Military officer would however not enter the palace, he would grab a megaphone and talk towards the main area, where the president would be.

"Mr. Xi Jinping! We are here to accepct your total surrender to the Chinese Liberation Movement! We will not use any force against you if you come to us willing."

A aide would come out running out of the Palace with a note on his hand, shouting don't shoot.

He would approach the Officer and give him the note which would say.

"Both of us view this country future differently, this however does not mean we have to act as brutes and savages to get what we want, China does not diverse another bloody civil war a keen to that of the 20th century. I will surrender, on the terms that I will be treated with dignity and respect, and that the position of leader and president be given to the General Xu Qiliang, General Zhang Youxia and General Wei Fenghe so that the power does not fall on the streets, the promise that they will prepare new elections, and the future representative house of the people makes an votes for a new constitution."

The officer would read this, and call for a comunication to be set up with the three Generals to come at once to the Presidential Residence.

The three generals would arrive via truck after about an hour from the incident, the

Ex-President was still inside with his aides. Upon arriving, the three would talk to the Military Officer that received the note, after exchanging a few pleasantries and salutes they would walk inside accompanied by two soldiers.

They would enter the main office, where the president would be sitting, alongside his aides and a few other uncaptured ministers and most importantly Chen Wenqing, Minister of State Security and Party Group Secretary. They would enter and speak.

"Mr. Xi.. we are here to formally receive your surrender from your post, no harm will come to you, and you will not be exiled, you may live out your days in China in your private home." Said Xu, clearly showing respect towards the men.

"You asked to be treated respectfully and with dignity, we only do this, because you did not resist the movement, nor did you incite violence, which is venerable." Said Wei, with a stern and stoic voice.

"I only hope that you three know what you are doing, democracy would have to come to China one day, apparently it was today, but I only hope that the population and you three are ready for what comes next. Nations rise and fall according to the actions of its leaders and populations, one fell swoop and China can fall again into the state that befell it before...being sold to the highest bidder...a mockery in the international state.... and weak. Yesterday we were strong, I only hope that tomorrow we continue to be so. I say to you three, the heads of this movement, not as a Enemy, but as a fellow countrymen.. do not make China weak again by selling it to foreign agents... follow your international commitments as to not create a mockery of China...and protect it. As I did. Hopefully a democratic China is the coming of age of the previous China."

They would all nod, the President and the Ministers wouldn't be arrested, but the Minister of State Security would be, for Crimes Against Humanity, Treason, desecration of corpse, ordering of assassinations, and more.

The following days the nations would have to calmed down, Xi would be sent to his private home and would be prohibited to engage in public political gatherings, issue public statements that could damage the young democracy. He would be protected by police guards and given a state pension to live out his days.

After a week had passed, many political prisons would be dismantled, political prisoners would be released , the communist party would be disbanded many of its members would be arrested, both Extreme Left and Extreme Right parties would be denied to compete in state and regional elections as a precaution, many of the communist symbols would be torn down and substituted with democratic symbols and Chinese cultural symbols. Many of the Pro-Jinping military officiers and political leaders would be relieved from their position and substituted with Pro-Democratic officiers and political leaders.

During the transitioning period during the elections the three military generals which spearheaded the Movement would form the Trifecta Goverment, whos sole role was to ensure that free elections would happen in a orderly fashion, prepare the nations for a democratic wave, and reform it under a Pro-Democracy, Pro-Freedom political system, a keen to the US political system.

With the election won for the Democracy Party of China with 69%, the National Assembly would be filled with the parties elected by the people, the chinese democracy would be a young one, and political turmoil could be one of the paths it would have to take before it stabilized. With a working government elected, the Trifecta Goverment would disband, but the three generals would not take their previous position again, they would retire in fear of being a destabilizing force for the young democracy.

A new constitution would be remade, with freedom, democracy, equality and human rights being its core values, it would be a keen to the United States constitution. The separation of power would also play a key role;

The National Assembly would have the sole power to legislate for China, its function would include;
  • Writes and enacts laws
  • Enacts taxes, authorizes borrowing, and sets the budget
  • Has sole power to declare war
  • May start investigations, especially against the executive branch
  • The Assembly confirms the presidential appointments of federal judges, executive department heads, ambassadors, and many other officers, subject to confirmation by the Assembly
  • The Assembly ratifies treaties
  • May impeach, may remove, executive and judicial officers with more that 75% of the house voting for a vote of no-confidence
  • The Speaker of the Assembly is elected by the Assembly itself in a non-partisan way.
Executive power is vested in the President of the United Republic of China, alongside with being the commander in chief of the armed forces;
  • May veto laws or a single amend, it need to be reformulated again
  • Presides over the Senate
  • Wages war at the direction of the Assembly
  • Makes decrees or declarations (for example, declaring a state of emergency) and promulgates lawful regulations and executive orders
  • Influences other branches of its agenda with the State of the Union address.
  • Appoints federal judges, executive department heads, ambassadors, and various other officers
  • Has power to grant pardons to convicted persons, except in cases of impeachment
  • Executes and enforces orders of the court through federal law enforcement.
Judicial power, the power to decide cases and controversies, is vested in the High Court and inferior courts established by the Assembly;
  • Determines which laws the Assembly intended to apply to any given case
  • Determines whether a law is unconstitutional.
  • Determines how Assembly meant the law to apply to disputes
  • Determines how a law acts to determine the disposition of prisoners
  • Determines how a law acts to compel testimony and the production of evidence
  • Determines how laws should be interpreted to assure uniform policies in a top-down fashion via the appeals process, but gives discretion in individual cases to low-level judges.
  • Polices its own members with a committee formed by the Speaker, the President and the 5 High Judges.

The National flag will be the follow flag. The blue symbolizes spring, progress and generative energy, representing China's growth and bright future. Yellow represents prosperity, stability, the central direction and the balance of Yin and Yang. The two lines represent the Yangtze and Yellow rivers. The symbol in the center is the Shòu character, which is the chinese word for longevity, alongside the national emblem.
