Radio Televisión Nacional de Colombia, better known by its acronym RTVC, is a state-run public radio and television organization created by Decree 3525 on the 28th of October, 2004 with the dissolution of Inravisión under the current government of President Álvaro Uribe Vélez. Being state-run media, it is overseen by the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications, and its main responsibility is to operate state radio and television services. Currently, it is headquartered at Teusaquillo, Bogotá
